I love Bax Music. Always competive price wise - the one gripe I would have is that the delivery drivers often leave packages on view of the public which is obviously not very safe!

They ask for a review after a purchase which is nice. Website is a little clunky but the prices are the best anywhere I've seen. Waiting on delivery now and rather excited

NL: Dit was vroeger een uitstekende winkel maar het afgelopen jaar was afschuwelijk. Alsjeblieft, bespaar je geld en koop je spullen elders. Soms geen antwoord via customer service tot slechte retouren, alles gaat fout.

ENG: This used to an excellent store but the last year has been horrible. Please, save your money and shop elsewhere. Sometimes no answer via customer service to very bad return services, everything is going wrong there.

I have ordered a number of items from bax over several years. They have always delivered promptly and the products are as advertised and at a good price.

Super! Ordered 3 belt barriers on tuesday.. needed them for an event on Saturday and Sunday. It said they would arrive on thursday and they did! (just surprised by this as we live in the middle of nowhere in the west of Scotland and nothing ever arrives on time here!). Very well packaged and good quality items. And best price I could find online. THANKYOU!

I've bought a few things from Bax. It's always been easy and there have been no problems.
Their pricing is competitive - just a little bit less than others - enough to nudge me towards them.

I have always found BAX MUSIC reliable with the quality of items and their competitive pricing. I would recommend them as they readily reply to all of my queries and also how easy it is to order items. They are on hand to give an answer if needed. I always look to BAX music first when considering my musical needs.

They have good prices, very competitive. Website is easy to use. However, on two big orders I had problems. The delivery of first one was late by many days, and for the second order months later, my order did not all arrive at the same time, causing me problems. I was offered small compensation

Have bought from Bax before and always great prices, easy ordering process and on time delivery. Not had to return anything so can't comment on that. Good B Stock items if you keep your eyes peeled ;) .

Have a question about my order and have emailed them multiple times but they never responded. Their helpdesk function also does not work. Good luck ordering from them!

Cant confirm expetience yet but good selection of all things music at a good price and an efficient website. I hope it s a tuneful xylophone!
