Outstanding service recovery from the senior management team, after an uncharacteristic sequence of events. My trust and loyalty in a business relationship grows massively, when an opportunity arises to put things right, and is so very well demonstrated. I felt listened to and valued, and my thanks go to Sam, Mohammed, Rubi and Shelly.

We had a series of difficulties with the Brentford branch of this company which resulted in our bathroom project being an unnecessarily stressful experience. They made several errors, firstly at the ordering stage and again on delivery. That was OK, mistakes happen, but it was the way these were dealt with that made the experience stressful. The company's disclaimer locates all responsibility for the detection of errors with the customer- so if BBD order the wrong item, its for you to identify; if they have mixed up items on the delivery, it is for you to investigate. Whilst they did eventually largely right their wrongs, the process of getting there was something of a battle and when you are the paying customer it really shouldn't be.

Great service from concept, to delivery. So much choice and their whole process and service makes it straightforward. We also had so many changes to our bathroom size and it was never a problem for Chris to help us rejig our order. Extremely accommodating and worked within our budget. So much helpful advice on design and practical features too. We had to collect some of the spec sooner and again not a problem for the warehouse team. Paul and his team really helpful and professional. Highly recommend Bathrooms by design and will be using them again. Thank you

We had a bathroom installed last year and the shower door still leaks. The silicone around the bath still has gaps in it. Their after sales service is no existent, it's like once they are done with the job they don't want to know you.

Despite the showroom being busy during my visit, Morgana was incredibly helpful and took the time to advise me on the products. Her knowledge and professionalism made a difference. I’ll definitely be returning when I’m ready to place my order!

Chris at the Richmond branch was very knowledgeable. He spent most of the day with us going through every detail possible.

We can only praise the Bathroom by Design staff for their always fantastic service. We needed to replace a part in our shower that we had inadvertently damaged; we had bought the shower unit from them 7 years ago, but Mohammad didn't give up and after trying very hard he managed to find the correct replacement. We have also bought some more accessories from Bathroom by Design recently and are always very happy with their service, friendliness quality of products and prices. A heartfelt thank you to Mohammad for assisting us so professionally, and to the whole team!

Our bathroom is small and an unusual shape - Chris came up with an excellent design which has created a really lovely looking bathroom, great storage, and makes our bathroom actually look bigger!
He advised us throughout, the design process was excellent as was communication. We are thrilled with the outcome, also highly recommend Russel who installed the bathroom, excellent workmanship.

They supply 750mm shower tray but 800mm shower door When asked to replace it they said NO as box was open THIS is joke company most products are cheap plastic rubbish
