Managed to source a replacement toilet seat for our Twyford Envy suite. Found the site easy to navigate and the item was despatched and delivered within a few days. Very happy with the service received from Bathrooms and Showers Direct.

There was a part missing and Afia, from the office, arranged for a perfect replacement to be delivered asap.

I have used this company twice now and the experience has been very positive. The second time my item arrived in a damaged state due to poor packaging and courier service. Bathrooms and Showers Direct were immediately dealing with the situation and had a replacement product sent in the post the next day. I am very happy with the company and how efficient they are. I will be using them again for multiple products that I need to order.

I cannot recommend this company enough. They have gone above and beyond for me! I have been dealing with one of there employee named Afia and she has been amazing! The most helpful person I have come across by far. I work for a building and maintenance company, my job is finding materials etc so I deal with people/companies online on a daily basis. But Afia and this company will now always be my go to whenever I require anything for a bathroom or shower room.

I saw this company on the internet and decided to try them, 2 days later it was with me, it was perfect. I thought they gave a brilliant service and would highly recommend them to everyone.

Placed order but unfortunately the item was not in stock, customer service contacted me and said they would try and source the item and contact me within 3 days or sooner, which they did. the person was very helpful polite and explained everything and gave me options or a refund. I had a a refund but was so assured by the helpful staff I would definitely place an order in the future.

Awful experience so far...

I have been sent two wrong items and I have asked for a refund, they have sent for collection of the item and I haven't been able to return it because they are using DPD they have wasted my time 3 times in a row as the driver (craig) doesn't turn up for collection.
I've called dpd for hours on end and nothing has been sorted. You guys haven't replied to my email 8 days ago and I'm really starting to believe how awful of a company you are.

I hope you see this and get this sorted as this is AWFUL customer service.

I contacted customer services before ordering Twyford Moda toilet seat who knew toilets seated were so complicated. The lady was cheerful and happy to help. I ordered on line very easy my order arrived on time well packed and was an original no a cheap copy.
