Extremely disappointed the progress is a turtle slow very uncomfortable to wear them my teeth are still not getting in shape after almost 11 months of wearing them plus expensive for a mediocre result i highly discourage anyone to think of wearing them go have normal braces

I have a great experience with BASMA, and i am satisfied with the new smile i have, the most thing i liked is the fast responses to my questions and requests. Also, special thanks to Ms. Sandra for her performance and help.

It was a great experience, I really don’t regret starting this journey, and everything went smoothly.
Doctor Mohammed was really great and he cleared all my doubts and worries, and the nurse was sweet.
I can see the team work between the clinic and the WhatsApp team, And I started with Kamal from the WhatsApp group and he was really helpful and after that was a lady and also she was really helpful and nice.

I would recommend to have at least optional visits to the clinic so we can know if we are going the right path or not because for me the pictures is not enough after all, i had only one issue that made me do the alignment but unfortunately after 7 months its not solved.

That I don’t need to go for appointment. It’s easy to take a picture at the house sometimes it’s annoying that week but easy than going to appointment in any clinic.

First of all i love the fact that you can fix your teeth with just 2 visits to the dentist. Second, Basma team are very professional that they give you your full plan and keep following up with you throughout your full process.
