Perfect experience, amazing results🤩

My experience with Basma has been wonderful. I was abroad in the US and this has just made it easier. The communication is on point. I liked how i didnt need to see the doctor much physically. I liked the online pictures and schedules being setup. My only thing was i would have wished the team would have had more knowledge beyond aligners. In my case it was regarding my gums and the reaction of the aligners. Other than that everything was smooth sailing.

I completed my aligner journey with Basma and overall had a very positive experience. The process was clear from the start and was easy to use. Their customer support teams are consistently responsive and helpful, particularly when I had questions during treatment.

My treatment journey was excellent and the support team was very helpful and responsive throughout the process. I am satisfied with the results and I will totally recommend Basma for my friends.

The only issue i faced was at the beginning when the alignments i received didn’t have a space for my buttons. I had to wait 3 weeks to receive a new set of alignments.

I really liked the idea to upload the progress in pictures instead of dental appointments its saves me time. The staff is great they are always answering me fast and they are so helpful. The experience is going fast and smooth and better that I imagined it.

The aligners were very accurate in each step

I love how its all online i only went to the dentist twice which is really nice and i love how we can communicate with the basma team through whatsapp- the shipments with my aligners were always on time, my teeth look really good.

Good experience with basma, they always checking with me about my progress, good price for the aligners, i recommend them, the only downside about my experience is that the duration of my treatment was very long, but i get used to the aligners by now :D
