Great bike, fast delivery.

I recently went to Basic Bikes to get materials for my V8 bike, and I had a great experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff treated me very well and helped me with a lot of patience. They took the time to understand exactly what I needed and gave me really good advice.

The service was excellent friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable. You can tell they truly care about helping customers and making sure you leave satisfied with the best options for your bike.

I’d also like to add a small suggestion: it would be great if they had more mechanics available at the shop. When I went, there wasn’t anyone there at that moment to do repairs, and having more staff for that would make the experience even better. That said, the mechanic clearly knows what he’s doing, and the quality of the work is very good when he’s available.

Also, they have very good prices and sometimes offer discounts on materials, which is a big plus. It makes this place even more worth recommending for anyone looking for quality at a good price.

I highly recommend going there. They always give the best advice and provide top-quality service. Whether you’re upgrading your bike or just need guidance, this is definitely the place to go!

I had an incredibly frustrating experience with BasicFatbikesParts.

I contacted them to return a lock because it was shorter than advertised. What should have been a simple return turned into weeks of back-and-forth and no resolution.

Initially, Hugo from customer service was completely unhelpful. Despite me clearly explaining multiple times — and even sending screenshots — that their return portal could not find my order and simply did not work, he kept sending the same copy-paste response telling me to use the portal again. There was no effort to actually read my emails, no initiative, and no alternative solution offered.

After I left a negative review, another employee finally acknowledged that the issue was caused by their automated email system and promised to handle my return manually and send me a return label. I was also incorrectly told they were “accepting my return as an exception,” even though I had requested the return within the 14-day period.

Despite this promise, no return label was ever sent. I followed up again, and even two weeks later, I still received no response and no label.

This company wasted an unreasonable amount of my time, showed zero ownership, and failed to follow through even after admitting fault. If something goes wrong with your order, don’t expect timely or effective support.

Reasonable price and swift delivery. Good response on phone and WhatsApp with quick fix and appointment at the same day.

Delivery was within two days in my home. it was missing an extra box with extra parts. But the shop staff Sander was very helpful and fast update and fast delivered the box the next day.
I'll definitely buy again without hesitation.

I have very good experience. They Deliver bike next day itself. Unfortunately Battery was not working, But they replaced it next week after complaining. We also ordered front stand, unfortunately it was deliver in two week.
