24h delivery is certainly a joke. I needed the bike for a birthday and it arrived one week late. Communication was poor, no transparency about the delivery status so I bought another bike somewhere else. Now they want 165 € to return the bike which is no longer needed. I recommend avoiding this dealer if you’re looking for professional service.
Very bad experience. I do not suggest to buy from them. I bought a package with bike, bike lock and back seat but they did not deliver the complete order. After reaching out they said the missing parts will be sent within two days but then they stopped communicating completely . Now I do not know if the order will ever be completed or not. Such a hassle, 0 in customer service, 0 in taking liability pf their own actions, would suggest avoiding them.

On 21 January 2026 I was explicitly informed in writing that the complete process (pickup, repair and return shipping) would take a maximum of 7 working days.
The fatbike was collected on 22 January. We are now more than four weeks further.
During this period, several promises were made: – 7 working days
– 2 weeks
– delivery on Friday
None of these commitments were fulfilled.
Only after weeks it was mentioned that the motor was not in stock. This should have been communicated immediately at the start of the repair process.
There has been no concrete delivery date, only repeated delays. As a “solution” I was offered to receive the bike back unrepaired.
Within one year, this is the second time I experience exactly the same issue with this company.
Waiting more than a month without proper planning, transparency or accountability is not acceptable.
I expect a concrete and definitive solution.

After 6 months of waiting for a replacement battery, i am still waiting. When i call the company they tell me to wait for a couple of hours and they will get back to me. They do not get back all day. Also they do not answer phones. This far they have told me “battery is coming in two wees” every time i message them about it.

This is one of the worst online shopping experiences I’ve ever had.
I ordered a combo deal from this website. When the package arrived, important parts were missing (a lock and a pair of foot rests). I contacted them immediately. They replied once and promised they would send the missing items in 2 days.
They never did.
After one week, nothing arrived. I emailed again, no reply. I kept sending emails for weeks and they completely ignored me. Zero communication.
I finally called them. They casually said they would send the missing items next week. Surprise: they lied again. More weeks passed. Nothing arrived. No replies. No updates. No care.
It has now been almost 3 months since I received the package, and the missing items were never sent.
Let me be very clear:
• Their combo deals are a scam
• They offer products they never fully deliver
• They keep your money
• They don’t respond to emails
• Their customer service is terrible and dishonest
Once they get your money, they don’t care at all. They will lie, delay, ignore you, and hope you give up.
If you’re thinking about buying from this website, DON’T. Save yourself the stress, frustration, and wasted money. There are many better and more honest stores out there. This one is not worth the risk.
Absolutely do not recommend.

I experienced serious delivery issues, with the delivery failing three times in a row.
After multiple delays, I was informed that the bike would be delivered during the exact week I would be traveling. I contacted the company to request delivery before or after my trip, clearly explaining that I would not be available to receive it, and that I had placed the order in advance specifically to avoid this situation.
Despite this, the company did not respect any of the previously communicated delivery timelines and proceeded to deliver the bike at their own convenience. In our last conversation, I was very clear that delivery during that week was not possible, yet the bike was delivered anyway, without my authorization.
I am currently in another country, and the bike was left outside my home, after they allowed another person to sign for the delivery, simply so they could drop it off, putting my property at risk.
When I tried to contact them again, I received no response. There was no attempt to understand the situation or resolve the issue. The only alternative offered was changing the color of the bike, which did not address the actual problem.
Overall, my experience was marked by poor communication, repeated broken delivery promises, and a lack of concern for the customer. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this company.

I'm writing another negative review about this company. A week ago, I left a negative comment about this incompetent company. They're delaying delivery of an outstanding bicycle part for two months. I received a response from them a week ago with stupid explanations. Because it's Black Friday. They were supposed to send me the outstanding part a month earlier. Contact with them is hopeless, demonstrating a complete lack of respect for the customer and their money. They responded to my review and asked me to email them with my order number so they could deliver the outstanding part. I emailed them the next day, and of course, still no response. This is simply pathetic. I'm forced to report this matter and accuse this company of scam and theft. I have no other option. And don't ask me to email you, as I've already sent you three emails. What you're doing is pure scamed and theft on your part, and I won't let it go.

I'll have to look for a different alarm because the one I received keeps beeping.

This is the second fatbike I buy from FastBikerz.nl.
The service was good both times (ones not assembled, the other fully assembled) and the overall price/quality is also good.
The “delivered next day” was not really the case in either cases but anyway delivery was in reasonable time (2 days) and all it would take is to clarify it at the moment of buying.

I ordered a V20 Pro, which arrived almost three months later than expected.
The bike arrived in good condition, but I ordered it in black and received it in gray instead.
It came with the extras I paid for, but since the order was delayed, the company offered me a choice of free accessories as compensation which were never included in the delivery.
The product itself is not bad, but the company’s management and customer service are very disappointing. Considering all the inconvenience and the long wait, the overall experience has been quite frustrating.
I received my order yesterday, and I’m happy to finally have it after everything.
However, I wouldn’t recommend this company, despite the price and the apparent convenience they offer for buying a fatbike.
