WARNING!!! They said you need to report in less than 10 mins if you find out a product is invalid. I bought a $40 dating site and reported in less than 5mins only for there support system to say- they will fix it ASAP but that's a fat lie they will go silent and later close report scam you off your funds without explanation. very bad of them now because they started with good service back then at 2015. now i will say RUN! RUN!

I bought an ExpressVPN for $20 and it shows unable to sign in and I reported the tools within the timeframe of 10 minutes...They immediately open a report ticket for me showing processing and up till now the report till shows processing while on the tools I purchased they say it has expired. Once the point to report a bad tools within 10 minutes of purchase and your report ticket shows processing and I couldn’t get a refund up till now....please base tools show look into it and refund my money please
