They are literally scammers.
UPDATED.
After 24h dealing with customer service and developers my problem didnt solved. Even I gave them my anydesk to investigate the problem after few tries ( On each of them I got bluescreen and contacted them again while devs were working on my PC )
Devs finally told me THEY SHOULD MAKE A REFUND.
Then I contact with Customer Support and they simply told me that I was crying to get a refund . THAT WAS LITERALLY WHAT THEY SAID IT TO ME AS A FAILED CUSTOMER. !
Then they told me remove this negative feedback to make it refund.
When I refuse ( because I wont delete this review till I get satisfied. ) They simply told me WE ARE NOT DOING REFUNDS. even tho their devs told me to do so ..
Such a horrible experience for me and I literally waste 24h of my life to fix that scam. I dont even care my money after this point which was very small amount. But wasting time on a Issue that couldnt fix was literally horrible.
As a Customer I'll never suggest this scambags.
The quality of the goods depends on the seller to the seller, therefore it will not be possible to write a consistently good review, but I will not underestimate the rating either. I am a seller on this site, and have sold more than 300 units of goods, in general I am happy with this, but on the buyer's side you can be subjected to bad actions from the seller. Do not forget to leave negative reviews for sellers on the product page if you did not receive something, this will help you get your money back.
They work in collusion with scammers, you buy a non-working key, open a dispute, the seller writes to contact the support service, the support service does not respond, the digseller specialist says to deal with the seller yourself.
customer service are basically non-existence. paid $25 on an account, used it for about 7 days, got banned. the seller received it's refund as stated on email left by the service provider, the seller said he did not received any refund, I waited patiently for over 17 days. there wasn't any update, he gave me a solution. tell me to remove the negative feedback, and then he will proceed the refund. but once the feedback is removed, I no longer have any right to fight my claims. I email the customer service, it's literally below the conversation page. it's been over 3 days now, still not receiving an reply. lesson here, if you ever purchase anything above $10. prepare yourself, your fund says good bye to you forever, by the way. the seller only has like 2 negative feedback, I assume he did the same to others.

I was thrown into three cards with a balance of $ 500 each, as a result I suffered a loss of $ 1500. Either the administrator himself, or his support service (or maybe it’s a tandem), which turns out to see the product you are uploading for sale - THEY CAN QUIETLY SHUT YOU. It is done like this: you exhibit an expensive product, a noun buys it from you, like this is a buyer (but in fact someone from the administration) and tells you that your card is not working, demanding a refund simply in words without evidence. Situation: I ask the "buyer" for proof of the card's inoperability on March 10 and still, for 8 days now there has been no answer from him, I write about this to the administrator that they say the buyer does not answer - decide what they write me crazy nonsense just not to to give me money, then I begin to understand that the money has long been spent by the admin (or his accomplices) and the numbers that I have in the form of supposedly my balance are just sketches and nothing more. I ask why you are throwing me, they tell me that they don’t do this, but they also don’t want to help in the ticket, in which they have been silent for 8 days, because there is simply nothing - there is no money. And I have a lot of such dialogues with them. Three situations of 500 dollars each, and in all these cases, the administration is the interested party, putting all sorts of obstacles and stupid excuses for a fool, just not to give you money. If I show the screenshots here, everyone's jaws hit the floor. The item has been sold but I have not received the money. I was still surprised at first why they didn’t sell solid balance sheets on the site, now I understand. Recommendation for others: avoid this place - you will be thrown! On my own behalf, I will say that I intend to achieve the closure of this Bulgarian fraudulent office, now they will draw up them in the RKN and the media for a video review by those interested in their "activities".
