I'm a builder and bought these for my home to see if they would be good for future projects. There was a lazy susan shelf set included. The cabinets arrived well packaged but missing one door, and the lazy susan was back ordered. Okay, we're in Covid times so we were patient. The door arrived a few weeks later. The product is excellent and installation videos are very good. However, the lazy susan shelf assembly didn't arrive until much much later, and it appears to be missing a collar piece. There was no packing list and no installation instructions and after many emails asking for those items their response was: "Please review our terms/warranty, I would suggest having someone else assemble this cabinet for you" .

So, as a builder who stands behind his work to the maximum, I could not use a product where the customer service is incompetent and rude.

We live in Florida and purchased a large pantry cabinet with 4 pull-out drawers from Barker Cabinets. The lead time was quite long but, given the quality of the product, well worth the wait. We received the cabinet in 4 separate cross country shipments, all packed extremely well. No damage & no missing parts! Customer service (Clayton Brooks) was superb. Assembly of the unit was actually enjoyable. We highly recommend Barker Cabinets.

I ordered a customized cabinet from them to match my room's interior. The cabinet turned out great but it was delivered late. Hoping they can meet the deadline next time I get another set.

The great product they produce can only be matched by the great customer service they provide. Very well packaged maple doors are beautiful and are made ready to except the top quality hardware I purchased with them. Even with the COVID-19 upon us all it did not appear to phase the craftsmanship and shipping process at all. Some of my Lead Time concerns were addressed quickly via text by Chad Barker - CEO.
What company does that? Not many.
Also Gerardo was extremely quick with email responses to ease any concerns I had.
The whole process from Oregon to NY went very very smoothly. This company will come highly recommended when I start showing off my new kitchen.

Their work is impeccable. I barely have to sand the doors before painting.
The doors fit beautifully. And I got them sooner than expected.
This is my second time ordering from them.
I don’t need more doors, but I will recommend them to anyone who does!

Barker cabinets offers an exceptional Custom product with cost savings when compared with local cabinet shops. It does take experience to put together an order of any complexity. You must coordinate all the details in the kitchen. Damage from shipping can occur, but the company stands behind any shippers damage and expedites replacement pieces at no charge. I remain impressed with the overall operation, from shop to customer service.

Couldn't be happier. I ordered over 35 Barker Cabinets for our new home and I couldn't be happier. With such a large order, it's inevitable you're going to have a few snafus but Clayton and Chad bent over backwards to correct the issues . The Cabinets are beautiful. Great Quality and Easy to Assemble.

Love the two bathroom cabinets I received but it took four separate shipments and 15 weeks to complete!

They built beautiful cabinets for my new bathroom! Great web site. Great quality products. The quarter sawn white oak looks absolutely wonderful. Cabinets were easy to assemble with excellent instructions. The delivery guy helped me move the boxes into my garage.

I ordered 6 cabinet doors on April 8. Did not receive them until June 24. This was after being told that the order would take 3-1/2 weeks. Lots of excuses on why the doors were taking so long. No one in charge to speak to. I asked to speak to the owner and was told he was off looking at machinery. I will use another provider in the future

Absolutely amazing quality! Although the turn around time does take a bit thats exactly what you should expect of perfection. They dont rush because when you rush you make mistakes that the customer ends up paying for in the end!

I have never seen such quality for so little. They were half the price of other custom cabinet makers. They may take an extra month but I think its because so many people order with them. I promise you, you will be amazed! Not a single piece was miscut or misdrilled. Everything fit perfect. Not a single screw missing from the hardware or draw pull or anything. In fact we were given a bit extra which came in hand as some screws got stripped because of us!

We got unfinished and were able to beautifuly stain it thanks to them sanding and readying the wood for us. Not a single piece was chipped or stripped or gouged out. The packaging was very well done. It was so fantastic Im going for round two to finish off our office in less than a month after receiving and installing. What fantastic quality!

i ordered finished wood samples and a door sample , i rate the product as 5 star, but the 4 week lead time to get them should be shorter,

I purchased drawer boxes with Blum guides, Shaker drawer fronts and cabinet doors. All items were well machined and perfectly finished ready for prime & paint. Super impressed with the build quality. In addition the packaging of the items was outstanding. All the components were bound with shrink wrap & foam and then encased in several layers of heavy cardboard. Nothing moved around in the packages and nothing got dinged or dented - even with extended shipping overseas. I would definitely recommend Barker Cabinets.

We completely re-fitted our kitchen with new drawers and Blum slides, as well as adding slide-out storage throughout. The quality of the drawer boxes, the preciseness of the pieces, and the speed of delivery were all outstanding. We saved thousands by doing this project ourselves instead of bringing in a contractor, and we couldn’t be happier with the quality.

I ordered a couple of pull-out shelves. The pull out shelves are very high quality and so doggone easy to install. I will confidently order more now that I have experienced the product.

Excellent product with great info re: installation

Internet website was good but still had some questions, They responded via email very quickly. Ordered cabinets and they were to have a 6 week delivery schedule. 5 weeks the drawer and door fronts arrived, packaged really well. Stained and finished the maple fronts. 6 weeks the cabinets and hardware came, assembly was easy and rock solid. A couple of days later the drawer boxes came, great packaging and great drawers. One great thing about Barker cabinets with drawers, is that you gain two inches of inside width compared to conventional kitchen cabinet construction. The cabinets are all installed and look beautiful.

I sent them the measurements to my kitchen drawer. When it arrived it was very easy to put together. I would definitely recommend them.
