bought two toothbrushes, for which 2 replacements have already been sent. Both new brushes are also broken again, brush heads do not stay in place and the battery stops working. Very dissatisfied with the product and poor communication. I have been trying to get in touch via WhatsApp for almost 2 weeks now, but no communication possible.

I bought my tooth brush less than a year ago. Loved it till the battery went dead. Tried to reach customer service via email, Facebook messenger and Instagram. They never responded...

I loved this toothbrush until it stopped working. Out of the blue. Dead. I don’t recommend purchasing this product. It’s just not worth the €€. There are many better alternatives out there for much less. Warranty is just one year, probably because after 1,5 years they stop working.

- Extremely bad service -
Brush is working well, so no bad words about that. Though, I ordered new heads (brushes) and a new wire. They have a 'before 21h ordered, receive the next day' policy. I didn't receive anything. After 1,5 week I asked them where my package was and received an automatic response in the e-mail that their inbox was full. Eventually got an answer, but no explanation why they didn't send it. A few days later I received a packed with the wrong brushes and no wire :( Now in contact with them (contacted them via e-mail, Whatsapp, Facebook and Instagram), super slow respons, only after asking again and again and again. The company doesn't feel conscious at all, let alone sustainable in a sense of people returning.

The toothbrush broke already after a copple of months. Sending the toothbrush back to the company, turned out to be very difficult (I almost had to beg for a label to return and afterwards I've got my package back home because they didn't took it from the delivery service). After 3 months I still don't have a new one, and the warranty was still OK. The service they give is even worse than the lifespan of their product!

Great all around. I really enjoy brushing this way and when my toothbrush broke after a fall, they replaced it.

I have the Bamboo Repeat Package, because I like the idea of a lifelong guarantee and I find it truly affordable.

I'm never changing to a new brush again!:)

The brush is amazing and it brushes real good. I was very happy with the brush, when it is working.

This company claims to be sustainability, this is not the case. My brush is dead after 14 monhts of using. I have new heads which I can throw away and the brush can be thrown away as well.

I asked the company to repair or replace the brush, they will not.

The warranty is 1 year, and this was just over 1 year. If I had the 'Bamboo Repeat' the warrany was longer, what seems really weird to me. Do they know the brushes will not last long?

Please do NOT buy this brush if you are looking for a sustainable option in the electric toothbrush world!!!!

Oh; they proposed a discount of 40% to buy I new brush. I kindly declined because I do not want to be in the same situation after just over one year of using.

The toothbrush heads wear out within a couple of weeks then fall off when you're brushing. Tried all their different heads, same problem. Agreed to return the toothbrush for a refund, they have had the toothbrush for weeks and haven't issued the refund. Customer service is awful. Stay away.

I used this during traveling for a longer period and I really liked this toothbrush because of the long battery life. Fast delivery aswell so nothing to complain about!

Unfortunately received a defective product and a difficult or unavailable after-sales service.

(edit) The costumer support contacted me and I received a new replacement free of charge. Clean teeth and a happy smile.

Good service and high quality product that also looks good, according to my wife ;-). And the product is sustainable with a long lasting battery!

I feel comfortable with my Panda white teeth ;-) and the feeling to do someting sustainableas well.

Great service. When I ordered the product I was happy when I got it very fast in my mailbox. The toothbrush itself works fine to me. Also the battery life is great.

This is a total new experience! Took me 1 day to get used to it and my dog as well, he was looking at me while brushing my teeth and was curious about the sound 😄.
I like the size of the brush, you can easily reach small arias. Feels clean. Looks amazing in my bathroom as well

My teeth have never been so clean before!
And not because I didn't know how to brush them, but this amazing bambood electrical toothbrush is amazing! It has different systems to clean, massage, and polish, your teeth, and gums. Is practically a mouth SPA :)

I am completely Bamboozled 🐼 My old toothbrush had to reload every other day. This one is still working after one month! It cleans smoother, sounds cool, looks better ànd it's kind for our planet 🌿

My first four months of experience with my bamboo'd toothbrush is very good. It's an excellent electric toothbrush that feels comfortable in my hand and in my mouth. The battery is exceptionally long lived. I can easily brush my teeth for an entire month without having to recharge. Therefore I very much recommend this toothbrush.
