I’m still waiting for my refund & they…

I’m still waiting for my refund & they have sent me a message stalling to give me my money back.They are now trying to say I didn’t receive my order !!
Iv never known a company to treat their customers in this my .
Do NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.
If they are reading this this is our you run a business
1-take an order and the money
2- send the order
3-If the customer sends the order back
YOU GIVE THEM A REFUND !!!!
It’s very easy and you have the tracking number so YOU KNOW YOU HAVE YOUR PRODUCTS BACK .
We call this stealing in the UK
