Disappointing Service
I ordered a top for my daughter’s birthday with express shipping. I checked Bambini’s policy to ensure it would come on time and I in fact had extra time to receive the order.
After a few days and not having received a shipping confirmation I reached out to Bambini, but received no response. The following day I reached out again and was told that they were waiting for the product to be restocked.
While I understand that products sometimes need to be restocked, I feel that customers should be notified when this is the case. Unfortunately, as a result I didn’t receive the product in time. Had I known sooner, I would’ve ordered something else.

Ordered a tshirt which was way too small, very difficult to arrange a return, so didn’t bother. Loss of money!

Are these branded clothes genuine…?
Are these branded clothes really genuine, because i struggle to find the kids clothes from the branded stores and every time i am being told that big brands don't make too many kids clothes, so how come bambini ends up having a wide range of collections from all the big brands.
