Everything arrived in great shape. Prettiest tree we have ever had. Easy to set up our flip tree.

We called to inquire about the English instructions and the customer service was pleasant and got us the info we needed in an email quickly as we were still on the phone. We tried out our new tree before it was packed away until next Christmas. We were very relieved to have quick and courteous help.

We were pleased with the quality of the tree and the reality. Looking on line it is difficult to determine what the trees actually look like in person. The tree looks so real but you don’t have to water it or worry about needles dropping!

I used the chat 💬 to find out more about the two trees I was thinking about buying. This person was very informative and gave her opinion on them. I asked about other sales and info in which they advised and also said that they didn’t know specifics but when they usually are. This was helpful as I wasn’t sure if I wanted to buy right then or near future. I’m glad I went forward with the purchase as I went onto the site when I received an email of further sales and the tree I bought was sold out.

Customer service rep resolved my problem.

I had an issue with 1 candle in the Pinecone Berry lantern not lighting, I reported it and your agent came back with a recommendation to check the power and it worked!
This lantern is very well made and I am delighted with it now that everything is working!

The products and services is beyond amazing

We purchased a beautiful tree topper star and for the price point we were expecting a very high-quality product. As soon as we received it and placed it on the tree, the bottom arm of the star just bent and came off, as if the material had been heated and softened, despite my hardly having touched/handled it. We were surprised and disappointed at the quality of the material, especially given the price the product is advertised at. We were also surprised that the standard 30-day return period was inapplicable after Dec. 25th, as it seems unnecessary and likely unhelpful for many customers. While we appreciate that the customer service team did offer to send a replacement since the product was still in warranty, the product quality for the price unfortunately still left a lower impression than we were hoping for. We are hoping this is a one-time issue and that it's not reflective of the quality of their other products.

*In response to Balsam Hill's response: it's not very helpful to imply that your customers don't understand that these items are meant to be decorative. Our expectations were not unreasonable, as even decorative items are meant to be able to withstand simply being gently held and appropriately used. I also already mentioned in my original review that I barely held the item and the piece came off, so suggesting that handling may have been the issue isn't helpful or accurate either.

My point is further confirmed by the fact that the replacement that was sent actually *arrived* broken in the exact same part as the first item. Very disappointing and doesn't speak well to the value of the product.

Received my brand new tree…looks great and can’t wait to put it up next year!

Such good quality and choices.

We received our new tree exactly as scheduled. It is a beautiful tree. We took it out of the boxes, put it up and it went together easily and looked great. We then took it down, put it in the storage supplied and stored it. Next year we will be able to enjoy it and for many years after.

Had some questions about a tree topper, 18” angel. Customer service was most helpful and the on line ordering was very straightforward. The item arrived in good time and was carefully packaged. Well done Balsam Hill!

Balsam Hill is a great company. It gives excellent customer service, and the trees it makes are beautiful and extremely realistic. I bought an unlit tree, decided I wanted one with lights, and Balsam Hill made the exchange process remarkably easy. There are many nice extras that come with the tree too, like a storage bag and gloves.
