This is an absolutely scam website that purposely try’s to deceive the buyer into buying products that don’t look nothing like what you purchased or completely different size to what you ordered just so you can return the item for the return fee is usually $150 do not use this website it is a scam

The return fees are absolutely insane

The return fees are absolutely insane. Do NOT order from Balardi. I purchased a pair of trousers for £288, had to pay £80 in customs fees, and will now have to pay an £80 return fee, AS WELL as a £33 label fee.

I know the UK is not part of the EU anymore, but come on! Ordering from Australia is cheaper.

This is absolutely ridiculous and very poor customer service. You have lost a customer.

I received the item I purchased in…

I received the item I purchased in perfect condition and exactly as your delivery service advised, Friday 27 September 2024.

Thank you so much for delivering to South Africa and for only allowing a courier company like RAM to deliver the package. Not only did we receive the package but it is in perfect condition.

Thank you so very, very much, I will definitely be purchasing items from your store again.

Worst customer service ever

Worst customer service ever ! If you have to return an item they charge you an incredible amount, even when returning goods within the EU. I bought shoes for € 590, returning them would be € 165 plus label € 38. After this experience I will certainly never buy at Balardi.

The worst luxury brand site I have ever shopped on. They charge you excessively for returns and even charge taxes within the eu if you are not careful and point it out to them. Products arrived very late. A company that has no respect for their customers.

scammed me for weeks

Ordered item with rush shipping. 6 days later no item. I reach out to Balardi. Their customer service tells me I must submit a photo of my credit card, drivers license, and bank info. I do. They ignore me for 3 more days and accuse me of not submitting the info - which was insane to ask for in the first place given I had already paid with my credit card.

I request to cancel the order because it’s now been 8 days without my order status changing it item ever getting shipped. They refuse to cancel. Now I’m in a bank dispute over a $2,000 hoodie. Website is a scam if you are a USA resident. Stay away.
