I wish I had read these reviews before…

I wish I had read these reviews before ordering. I was scammed, and I am usually a very savvy shopper. The delivery process was acceptable but it all became clear upon my attempt to return the item. The company claims it will cost me $349 USD for a "custom import fee" + $45 return shipping label fee to return the $1,100 coat I ordered. I know full well that there are no import fees for returned items. This is a scam. But I can't get in touch with anyone. I might try to return the item anyway and reject the crazy up-charges on "customs" on my credit card.

I won’t use this site again

I won’t use this site again
I ordered a Canada goose coat
That was fine I saved about £150
But about 3 weeks after receiving the order
I was hit with an invoice for shipping and importing
From FedEx for about £115 yes I’ve still saved but a saving of about £35
I’d rather of purchased from the high street

This company is a scam

This company is a scam - strongly advise not using. They have very high hidden charges for import costs (despite saying shipping is free) and have attempted to request around £160 (including £40 simply to produce a label) for returning an item which cost around £450, despite the fact that it does not cost to return items to the EU from UK under the Returned Goods Regimes. I can also see that other consumers below have suffered the same problem.

Just found out about Belardi

Just found out about Belardi. Great way to shop, easy and shipment came in a few days as opposed to a week. Happy with my order and highly recommend anyone looking for luxury items.

Scam. avoid!!

Clearly a scam with lots of fake reviews here which unfortunately I relied on.

Never sent item, keep giving me the run around and inability to follow up on a complaint to customer services- you answer a question by one “agent” only to be asked what the problem is by another.

Very unpleasant experience and unprofessional customer care

I placed an order for a Dolce & Gabbana sneakers beige color, they sent a different color, and suggested as a solution that I return it and pay for the charges (150$, around half the sneakers price).
Very unprofessional customer service, I’ve been waiting for a feedback or a response for more than 10 days ! Not responding to emails, intentionally cornering me to the solution that makes me pay 150$

Do not order from here

Do not order from here. They charge you an astronomical fee for returning anything, even if you never used it. For example I paid 1487.00 for a handbag and they only refunded me 1,087.00 back. Total waste.

bad return policies

Caution - german customers couldn't rely on common return policies. In my case I had to pay approx. 100 EUR for the whole return process (Autry sneakers at 260 EUR).

Very unsatisfied customer

I ordered a Burberry coat that took over seven days to arrive. The coat was too big and I wanted to return it.
The fees to return the coat was over £200.00 nearly half the price of the coat (very extortionate) or a ploy for you to keep the item.
I have now received a payment request for duties, taxes and fees of £93.00 from Fedex for the item.
I have bought many items of clothing outside of the UK and not been charged these extortionate costs.
Why don't Balardi show the extra costs at the final check out before we purchase the items as this show what the real costs of the items are.
DO NOT TRUST THE REVIEWS AS THE ALL READ THE SAME.
I WILL NOT BE ORDERING FROM THE BALARDI AGAIN

DON’T TRUST! 95% of the reviews are fake!

Absolutely gutted. I’ve fallen for the same scam as the other poor UK customers. Poor item, massive return fees. I checked Trust Pilot before ordering, saw the 4.4 star rating, felt safe and went for it. Only now do I see the vast majority of reviews are from people who have only ever submitted the Balardi review, no others, and the wording uses the same style every time. I’m going to try a credit card protection claim. A £570 coat, a massive treat for myself, gone totally wrong. Gutted. Damn you Balardi. How do you sleep at night?
