I’m from America visiting Copenhagen for my husband’s birthday next week and I wanted to order some vegan desserts. Bake My Day has made the process so easy for me even with the 6 hour time difference they’ve communicated with me the way with any questions that I might’ve had. I give 5 stars for the awesome customer service!

Customer service: We went to the bakery to order the cake. But the customer service was really bad. I dont Think they Care about their customers.
Cake quality: The cake looked exactly as in their website. But the cake was not properly cooked inside. We paid so much for the cake and not many guest ate it as it was not good.

Im never going their again. We decided to do our gender reveal through their cake But it was a bad decision. Dissappointed.

Ordered a cake for my son's birthday without prior experience of their services or tasting the cakes. needless to say we were so happy with the final product. the cake was so delicious the ordering process and proximity to collect was the best part. and on arrival we received excellent service and packaging. I would highly recommend Bake My Day anytime!!

We got our Wedding cake delived from bake my day and it looked stunning and tasted great. Can't recommend enough, easy to order from and zero issues.

Good quality of cake but unfortunately their service level in shop is going down--- went there on Saturdays afternoon, the girl in the shop stands there with no smile and no experience of service and don't feel any welcome at all. It's used to be much better than that.

The birthday cake I order is as good as it looks and it is really rare to have so many vegan options tasting so good.
The service was good and they replied to all my question with a quick phone call. The pick up was also smooth, even if I would avoid having the customers of the cake service wait in the same line of the customers of the cafe.
I will definitely order again from here and visit the cafe.

I ordered a vegan birthday cake for my 8 year old daughter. It was very beautiful and tasted of heaven. All the girls at the party loved it as did the adults. I quote one of the girls'this is the most beautiful and delicious cake' 😊

The cake order process was very smooth. The website worked very well. I also called to check before placing the order to ask a couple of questions and the customer support was helpful.
Cake pick up was also efficient as they pack it well to carry home. They also had specific instruction on how to store the cake (2-5 C).
Cake was a peice of art and looked fantastic. I had ordered the salted caramel, pecan, vanila cake (white) and it was decorated very well.
The cake had too much icing for our preference and the sponge felt dry. The icing also was too sweet for us.

Bake My Day were able to fulfil an order of mini cupcakes for my baby's first birthday party with less than 24 hours notice - a complete lifesaver.

Really enjoyed the donuts. A lovely tasty topping with a fresh, soft and chewy dough.

I purchased a cake for my son's birthday today the 23/10/2023 and when we opened the cake box to cut the cake we released that the cake did not have a cake board and the bottom of the cake had being damaged which was very embarassing having family talk about the cake this matter needs to be attended too ASAP.

Thank you very much for the beautiful rainbow-colored vanilla-flavored birthday cake for my son's birthday. This was the third time I have been having cake delivered from Bake My Day for my son's birthday. From its appearance to its taste, this cake was a resounding success, not only in terms of its stunning exterior, but also for the delightful surprise it held within, bringing endless joy to the birthday boy and everyone in attendance. The vanilla frosting was velvety, with just the right amount of sweetness, making it a perfect complement to the cake. Ditte was super cooperative and understood exactly what I had in mind and executed it well.

The cupcakes were delicious and the service from the team for a large order was great!

We already ordered gluten free and vegan cupcakes with them and when I contacted them for our actual wedding cake, it took Ditte and I 15 minutes to figure the cake out - amazing! She had already compiled the paid cupcakes to my new order and added new decorations for them to match the cake. It was the wedding cake of my dreams! Beautiful and tasty, especially the passionfruit mousse was a hit with our guests and I can't wait to eat the leftovers on our 1st anniversary! My warmest reccomendation to the BakeMyDay crew ♡

Bake my day made our wedding cake. Our guests were stunned by both by the look (it was artistic looking cylinder cake with fresh flowers), and with the taste as well. Many said it was the best cake they ever tasted. Absolutely made our day!

Really bad service they couldn't care less about their customers.

I have bought expensive cakes from Bakemyday for 3 years for our children's birthdays and christenings, and I used to drive 100 km. To come after our cakes. At first they were personable, humble and well-informed, not least sweet and smiling - their cute little shop said it all 🙏🏾

Bad service and experience sloppiness with incorrect information on the cakes or lack thereof.
After they moved close to the city, they have become enormously rude, unfortunately it's all just been a mess and money down the drain.

I have just purchased a piece of cake today just been eating it like the sponge has been over worked not light a fluffy hardly any cream and had to pay £2.00 a slice since they have taken over the cake shop in Great Bridge not the same really expensive for small portions go to the cake shop in
