We love the ice cream form Hjem-IS. Easy preordering online for pickup when truck comes around. Our truck attendant is very nice and knowledgeable of the products and always give us heads up on deals and promotions. All around good service. The only thing is the times truck comes around can vary between 1-2 hours sometimes.

Loud and awful!
Stupidly loud bell banging. I get that it's nice to hear the ice-cream truck bell.
It's Ok for like 10 times. But not 5 x 10 times in front of my window!
Furthermore they don't sell ice-cream by the unit.
L.E. They've since responded to my inquiry and instructed the driver to keep it to 10 bell rings in my area! Condos.
Have one advice: start driving down the highway and get lost with your trucks!
1* -> 2* because of the reply and customer support; however, selling ice cream by the unit (and not by the box) goes against what an ice cream truck should do.
If I want to buy a box, I can go to Netto!

And the worst of it all is that you customers support on Whatsapp is being handled by people without good human relationships.

We are so much grateful for Hinsch and his IS bus!
We are so much grateful for the service provided by HINSCH. Every another Thursday the ice cream bus and Hinsch visit becomes the one of the biggest fun for my little boy. Hinsch is also so nice and patient to us. He introduced the recent promotion to us and give the free gift to my son and also chat with him for a little while every time. Now we only buy IS from Hjem IS bus because it gives us so much hope, fun and cozy time, much more than the ice cream itself.
