Very satisfied customer ...
Lovely, quality, authentic tiles at a much more reasonable price than many other sites I had looked at. Delivery was quick, and thoroughly packaged to ensure no breakages. Arrives on a large wooden palette which we will find useful to keep for making garden troughs but some customers might find it difficult to dispose of. Very happy with my purchase.

Excellent customer service
Excellent customer service.
Company contacted me to arrange suitable delivery date. Tiles packaged really well and had bits of wax on tiles to prevent them from rubbing and causing damage.

Quick despatch of samples
Quick despatch of samples, would have appreciated the option to have a full tile sample ( happy to pay ) so impact of colour, size etc could really be judged.

Prompt delivery and good service
Phoned with a query before ordering a sample of 1 metre squared. Able to answer all my questions and delivery was as promised. Items came packed well without damage. A good quality tile with a natural shape. Just not placed a full order as yet due to our builder being off work with ill health.

Need better delivery company
I paid £70 for delivery so hoped for a better service than I got. As the afternoon wore on baked tiles contacted us about the delivery. They tried to get an eta from the courier several times but to no avail. At one point baked tiles phoned us to see if we were now happy with the product as the courier had told them they’d delivered… they hadn’t! It was a lie!
Eventually the delivery arrived at 16:50 which is before the promised 9 to 5.
Baked tiles did their best but I’d change couriers if I was them, it looks bad to a customer when the couriers are telling lies.

Hi, so sorry you had this experience. To enable us to reach customers right across the UK we have to use a national network of hauliers and they do cause us a few issues from time to time, hence why we try to keep an eye on things on the day the delivery is due to our customers.
We really do try our best, as you have kindly referenced in your review. As you can imagine its heart breaking for our team, when we get the 3 Star review rather than the haulage companies. I really hope we will be able to be of service again in the future and that that delivery runs smoothly ( as thankfully most of ours do) . thank you for your custom and I hope your tiles looks fabulous when installed.
What an amazing company
What an amazing company! So helpful when I asked about the weight and the cost of delivery. Super fast delivery by the way. The tiles were well packed and well protected against breakages. The price is also brilliant, I can't recommend enough. Wide choice of tiles that are very different to what you get on the high street.
