Bagbee did exactly what it promised and more
Bagbee did exactly what it promised snd more. I missed the booking window. But their employee Valgier went above and beyond with phone calls and e-mails to get our bags shipped the next day. Amazing.

Excellent Service

This service is the best thing since “ slice bread” !
We wanted to stretch our valued vacation time in Iceland by taking a late flight out on our last day!
But what to do with our bags?
You cannot drag a large peice of luggage and carry on bag while you touring around…
Our option was get up early, take a bus to the BSI bus terminal and rent a locker for the day then bus back to the hotel, taking up time and more money to stretch our stay….
Or try “Bag Be” !!!!

Bag Be came to our hotel and found us,which at our hotel took a Herculean feat, Bag Be came to our room picked up and processed our bags
After processing our bags “ no more worries or hassles about our luggage” Safe and reliable, Bag Be sent them off to the airport, checked them in for our flight and we were able to enjoy the remaining of our time touring and hands free at the airport !
We walked off the plane at Bostons Logan airport and our bags were waiting for us at the terminals luggage carousel!
Best money we ever spent!
Our only heads up recommendation is if you don’t get a direct email message from Bag Be check your “ junk mail” it is probably there

Ski bags pick-up, hold, and delivery.
Bagbee exceeded expectations by picking up our ski bags, holding for two weeks, and then delivering to our flight as planned. This is not part of their usual services, but they made it work.
Communication and follow-up were excellent throughout.

Highly recommened!
I used Bagbee for the bag service they offer earlier in May and the service was excent.
The app is easy to operate and the driver was super nice and professional. It was really big difference not to worry about my big bag early in the morning and walk to the airport just with a purse. Definitely going to use them next time!

Timely and kind
Timely and kind! I was on holiday for 3 weeks total and had way too much luggage to handle on my own. I scheduled a pickup time online with BagBee. They took care of getting my luggage to the airport and I didn’t have to worry. Worth the money!

Convenient!
So convenient! BagBee made my last day in Iceland stress free as I did not have to worry about the logistics of storing my luggage and carting it to the airport. They were punctual and professional with great communication. I was able to go straight to security without having to wait in the long check-in line. I highly recommend using BagBee to anyone traveling to Iceland.

Amazing! So convenient and made my boarding process so easy. The driver was very pleasant and punctual. Arranging for my luggage pick up gave me the freedom to spend the rest of my day visiting last minute sites in town. I definitely recommend this service.

Track link didn't open from SMS message, at least on my phone, need to be past to internet. Very quick and helpful answers from Bagbee staff via page or e-mail.

BagBee was amazing!
BagBee was amazing! We were travelling with 5 people through Iceland. As you can imagine with bags, carry-ons and people the SUV was uncomfortable with no visibility out the back of the vehicle and backpacks at our feet. BagBee checked our bags at our hotel and transported them to airport freeing up so much space and time for our long journey home. And then when our bags dropped they had the adorable BagBee stick on them making them even easier to identify. I love this service.
