Best money spent ever! They checked us in at the hotel, took our bags and we were able to take the bus to the Blue Lagoon, bag and care free to enjoy a soak on the way to the airport before our long flight honme.

What a helpful service! we had our final day in Reykjavík without concerning ourselves with our checked luggage until we got back home to Seattle. Such a treat. The communication was clear throughout and the agent was friendly and made certain we were familiar with the process. Would gladly make use of the service again.

Our experience with BagBee was great right from the start. It was super easy to sign up online for the service. They notified us of the pickup time, texted us when they were close by, and came for pickup precisely when they promised. We received pictures of our luggage after it was checked in, and our bags were among the first on the luggage carousel when we arrived home. Great experience.

Bagbee was exactly as expected. The driver was on time, friendly and courteous. Getting rid of our bags for the day allowed us to explore Reykjavik all day (had to get off ship by 9 but flight home wasn’t until 8pm) without lugging bags around - definitely worth the price. We even had air tags in our luggage so we could see they went exactly where they were supposed to at the airport and got loaded on to our plane that evening. I wish they allowed something like this in the states.

Have used Bagbee a couple of times. Customer service is excellent. You know exactly where your bags are and get photos. Drivers are friendly and professional. Process to book is easy and you get driver tracking so you know exactly when they will turn up. I would not hesitate to use the service again as the hassle it removes at Keflavik airport is more than worth the cost.

we used bagbee for our bike trip in iceland. the itinerary was tricky, involving shipping our bike on domestic flights and sending our bags back to Reykjavik. Bagbee was totally on top of it and were always in communication. highly recommended

BagBee was the perfect solution when we disembarked our cruise ship in Reykjavik. Our flight was not until later in the evening and we wanted to spend the day sightseeing without dragging our luggage around. They were easy to book and answered my questions right away. They sent me emails to confirm the pickup and also gave me an hour window so we knew when we would expect to meet the van. The driver called me upon arrival at the port and met us in the parking lot. He took our luggage and confirmed our flights and attached tags. We said good bye to our suitcases. We got an email later in the day when our luggage arrived at the airport. It also included a picture to confirm it. We didn't see our bags until we arrived back in New York. With all that said, the experience with BagBee was great and it made for a pleasant trip.

We used this service on our August trip to Iceland and this service is WONDERFUL! They picked our bags up at our hotel on time in Reykjavik as promised. They texted us that they were on their way and arrived promptly. The courteous driver scanned our boarding passes, checked our passports, weighed our luggage and issued us the airline luggage check receipts. They tagged our bags also with big yellow BagBee labels. They sent us photos of our bags as they were checked in at the airport. This freed us up to enjoy our last day without being encumbered with luggage to drag around and made navigating the airport KEF really easy especially since one of us has a limiting back issue! Our bags were among the first off the plane at our final destination in New York. We loved this service so much we recommended it to an Iceland travel site on Facebook.

I was in Iceland for a bike race and afterwards I dropped my large, bulky bike bag with Bagbee so I didn’t have to haul it around. Next time I saw it was when I picked it up at the airport in the US. Everything worked perfectly. Highly recommend.

Couldn't have been easier- went to Iceland with this already booked, had never really used a service such as this so didn't have a good idea what to expect. I came to Iceland for a bike race and had my large/annoying to transport bike bag stored at a local facility in Reykjavik. Bagbee was able to pick up the bag and check it into my flight without me ever having to touch it or do a thing, and texted me a photo of the bag getting loaded onto the conveyor belt which was a super thoughtful step for my peace of mind!

Bagbee saved our last day of vacation! We were traveling with a family of 8 and were disembarking from our cruise ship in the am with a late afternoon flight- we arranged bagbee for our group via the online portal. Our bagbee rep arrived at our cruise terminal on time and the process was so easy- he checked our bags into our flight and tagged them right there and off we went to enjoy the day. It was so nice to bypass the check in line at the airport and head straight to security- Bagbee is an awesome service- and very reasonably priced! Thanks Bagbee!!
Also- I had a question when booking and sent an email inquiry which was immediately answered. This is a great company with superior customer service! Use them!!

Good service… They were flexible with timing that fit our needs and came on time.

Mr. Runar Arnason was of great help in securing the bags at the Keflavik Airport and check-in on the day of Travel, taking away need of dropping and picking heavy luggage's. He is wonderful person and always reachable.

Enabled us to visit a museum, eat, and enjoy Iceland without carrying around our luggage. Highly recommend, professional, kind, easy, wish BagBee was available outside of Iceland :)
