After reporting my missing luggage at the airlines servicedesk, I wondered what was going to happen. The first 24 hrs, no news from the airline, then M contacted me 😍 Everything he promised came through, my luggage was at my place 8 hours after he first contact me and I could track it all the way, great service & excellent comms
Thank you Angelique for Patiently hearing our concerns after getting conflicting information from KLM. You, took the additional effort to track the bags and give us comfort that bags will be there within 12 hours. After 8 days it was music to our ears. Keep up the good work.

Great experience and excellent customer service. A representative named Ricardo P. called me to arrange the pickup and delivery. He was very nice and open about the different options available. Will definitely use it again in the future.
Am enjoying the sun in Spain …. Me & my family flew in with just a trolley for convenience without having to check in my luggage or to wait for it at the conveyor belt. Picked up my (reserved) hired car, which was fit for purpose without the extra size for luggage, and drove to my destination. Where I found my three pieces of luggage that had arrived the day before.
Convenience when traveling without spending above what airliners charge. Highly recommended service, This company has never failed me and I use their services every time I go on holiday!
Excellent service! Easy to follow the whereabouts of our suitcases via a track and trace code. Extremely reliable.
Last year we were in Britain, we were supposed to stay for three months (so we had a lot of luggage) but had to leave early because of Covid. This made things a bit complicated - earlier collection of the suitcases than planned, and at a different location - but it was all handled quickly and expertly by Bagagekoerier. We had our luggage within three days after it had been collected in Britain. Great service, very much recommended.
