jacket came sooner than expected. looks a whole lot better than my old rain jacket.

Our reason for buying the water repellent jacket is a bit unique. My husband had a heart pump put in a year ago. One of the disadvantages is that it runs on 2 large lithium batteries worn on the outside of his body. He absolutely cannot get wet or he will die. We will be taking our first trip to a family reunion and need to make sure he will be protected since the thunderstorms have been very unpredictable. Thank you for protecting our precious cargo.

When size (Medium) I ordered was too big, they were quick to reply and replace jacket with a smaller size.
I would generally be a small/medium size (ladies) and the small I got is a good size especially if I wear a jumper underneath. Disappointed the size isn't stated on the jacket itself.

The rain jacket is well made but a little big on me as I'm petite. Came sooner than planned-fast shipping. Can't wait to try it out!

I sent an email over the July 4th weekend asking if the american flag patch was going to be sent in a separate package, and someone responded to me quickly stating they thought they sent it in the package with the raincoat. They provided a document I had to fill out and sign, and then they sent a replacement on Tuesday. THANKS!!

I ordered the rain jacket online, and I received it pretty quickly. They even had it in orange, which is my favorite color.

I also ordered the american flag patch to attach, but it was missing in the shipment. So they sent it the next business day. Good customer service.

The jacket fits perfectly, and has a lot of different sealed pockets to ensure things don't get wet.

I love supporting businesses that support our veterans, which I am one. The price was outstanding and shipped really Fast.

It surprised me when the product didn't ship via USPS, which has been very reliable for me. I found that it was coming via UniUni, which hasn't been that reliable. They have delivered the couple of packages to wrong apt building and they were stolen. I was pleasantly surprised when they actually delivered to the apt office and was able to pick up without incident.
