I have awarded a two star review, purely because the iWatch Ultra I ordered arrived dead to the world! Would not start, even after leaving it on a charger for an hour. I literally packed it up reported the problem via thier portal and returned the watch to Back Market the same day.
Where Back Market deserve much higher marks than two stars, is they did not argue with my request for a refund and this was back in my account in a timely manor. Thank you Back Market for your honesty in business.

It’s easy to use the site and the deliver was quick. Simple service. The product itself - an iPhone- I felt that the seller didn’t give me the full story on the battery life because it’s quite poor. But otherwise the phones good for every day use.

My experience with Back Market has been extremely disappointing. I ordered a phone, but it never arrived. When I contacted the company to report the issue and seek assistance, instead of helping, they blocked my account without any valid explanation, claiming there had been “suspicious activity.”

As a result, I have been forced to go through a lengthy process with both the police and the delivery company. This has now been ongoing for 24 days and is still unresolved. Throughout this entire situation, Back Market has shown little concern or willingness to help. Rather than investigating the issue or supporting a paying customer, they simply closed my account and left me to deal with the consequences on my own.

Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Back Market due to their poor customer service and lack of support when problems arise.

Samsung s22plus

Purchased a refurbed coffee machine for my partner’s birthday. It arrived in awful condition, nowhere near as described, REALLY dirty (coffee grind in it, milk splashes all over it, super scratched).
I emailed they said to return but not with the initial returns label, a special delivery, i did that, they were unable to send me one in the meantime so i had to then buy a new one for my partners birthday so asked for a refund.
Send it back as advised (including photos etc.) they then ‘lost the package’ and then it was redelivered back to me.
Its almost a month later, i still have a dud coffee machine and i’m down hundreds of pounds.
Their response? They need me to send proof of postage - i have literally photosgrqphed the parcel at my house with the label on it.

Absolutely scam! £360 down.
