Prompt delivery, packaged beautifully and securely and product works perfectly. I’m not a first time buyer and the experience has been consistent. So they’ve been tested and trusted.

Delighted with my phone. Exactly as advertised. Works brilliantly and great battery life. Delivery was also fast, straightforward and trouble free.

All in all a pretty disappointing experience. Firstly, I paid extra for next day shipping which was late - and it arrived in what would have been the free shipping window. Secondly, the Apple Air Pods I've bought didn't come with ear tips - so by the time I have bought them (and waited for that delivery) I would have been much better off buying them new for the outset. Overall I've saved £10-15 from buying them brand new with all of the original packaging and original parts - they would have arrived quicker, and arrived complete and ready to use. Shame, I love the concept and really wanted to like Back Market.

I should also note that customer service have been uninterested - not even willing to return the premium shipping fee I paid for.

Paid for an "Excellent" iPhone. I got an iPhone that had loads of scratches (was able to accept it), however I've discovered they "did some work" on the phone and the back was not glued at all.
Sent the iPhone back for repairs, only for them to say they're unable to repair the phone.
For a big company to sell phones without even testing them, it's disgusting. Not to mention they weren't even able to glue a phone back.

My advice, don't loose your time with them

The phone was not quite up to description, but Back Market professionally and quickly made it right. All good.
Trade in system worked well.

Received a Pixel 9 Pro.

They sent me a faulty espresso machine (broken on arrival), replaced it with another espresso machine which was also broken on arrival. They refused to arrange the returns for either broken item.

Good selection to choose from and benifit of a good cash back for the d phone. Paid in quick time.

Just want to make people aware of the returns and support that is non existent with this company. There are a lot of good reviews here but just be aware that if it is faulty you may loose your purchase or even have to fix the issue yourself, resulting in further costs which you may as well of paid full price from the high street, where at least you could take it back.
My son purchased a MacBook from back market, tbh the laptop was working fine for 10 months just sat on his desk and the conversations were great whilst going through purchasing. It then started to develop lines across the bottom of the screen, bear in mind this laptop has been perfectly looked after and not moved from desk, so we spoke with the company who agreed that we could return it for repair or replacement, great. We then had an email saying that it's not their fault and to get it fixed ourselves and it's not covered under warranty and as their good will they may help towards getting it fixed. They then sent the laptop back with further lines down the left side and a massive scratch on the right side of the screen and stated that the scratch was caused when being delivered, although the laptop was boxed, lid down and covered in bubble wrap, and the other lines were caused in transit also, like magic. Obviously been dropped by the company and now they cant fix it and wont provide a reason even though under warranty, they then sent it back with a £5 charger and not the apple charger that was sent to them and have not replied to our emails for the last week.
