I’m pleased with the MacBook Pro itself. It arrived in good condition and runs well.

However, I ordered it expecting a UK keyboard and only later realised it has a US layout. This was frustrating, particularly as finding the £ symbol was not straightforward.

I was also disappointed by the pricing. The laptop was £450 when I added it to my cart, but it increased to £469 at checkout. With £10 express delivery and a £6.49 fee, my total was £35.49 more than I had expected. Returning to the cart still showed £450, but proceeding to payment again changed the base price to £469.

I placed the order incase the price increased further and then I contacted customer service with screenshots, hoping the £19 difference could be reimbursed, but the only option offered was returning the laptop. I’m happy with the product, but the keyboard discrepancy, sudden price change, and lack of a meaningful resolution made the experience frustrating.

I have had good experiences with Back Market previously, but this time, the phone was advertised as Dual Sim. It arrived as single sim, so had to be returned, a week later I had heard nothing so had to chase only to be informed that the phone was not available and a credit would be issued but will take 5 days to appear so all in all, 3 weeks without a phone, that's if everything goes to plan once the credit arrives. Be cautious if you need the phone quickly as it appears that when something goes wrong, getting it sorted is far from quick.

Phone exactly as described in excellent visual condition,however the phone is getting very hot when in use. Phone is on 26.5.2 so help on fixing this would be welcome.

Very poor quality battery… I must have not been concentrating…I don’t even get a day out of it… not like my old phone bought from back market which I was so happy with. But I definitely will not be purchasing a second hand phone again. This one is going to be in Hampstead ponds as soon as I am able to afford a NEW phone.😒

I bought a phone from them, paid for express delivery, waited in all day and it was delivered to the wrong address. They said they would investigate with the courier - tracking image shows a different door.

They then asked me to provide a picture of my passport and a utility bill - I have never been asked for this before but complied anyway. As soon as I sent my documents in, they suspended my account and now they are ignoring me.

I’ve done nothing wrong, £300 down, no device , have sent several emails and called in several times. Nightmare experience, I do not recommend.

What impressed me was when I had a problem with an iPhone 14 Plus I ordered (faulty NFC antenna which meant Apple Pay didn’t work) Backmarket first tried to troubleshoot (using their chat support service) and then sent a free replacement using their express replacement service within 2 days. Very happy with the support/replacement service and the phone, went for fair condition with new battery which is great value for money and now I can also trust them if something is wrong with an order.

Bought one phone which never got delivered as they put wrong delivery address on, 2nd phone stopped working a few hours after delivery
Will never buy from here again

Plenty of phones to choose from to suite every body's pocket straight forward pick your phone see what you're old phone worth they post it 3days tops you have a nice phone send your data to new phone send your old phone back

Bought a Samsung ultra 20 5g on the 23rd of June as in premium condition, and with supposed Battery life for high usage, contacted them on 15th July as battery lasts around 15 hours if I'm lucky, it now 23rd July and I've had no response from them at all, I have had to look around for a company to change the battery and was advised the battery was not new in the phone, be vidulent when buying phones from this company
