Back Care Online Reviews

I bought a Putman pillow believing it to be made of memory foam. There was no options to choose a foam at the time of purchase. I received the cheaper polyeurathane foam version. I asked to return this and exchange it for thr memoyfoam version. The manager, June said I would have to pay to return it. After I had reminded her that I had the right to free returns under distance selling laws in England, she agreed to refund me the £5.15 postage if I paid to send it back. Good job I paid through PayPal as I had to use Disputes to get my money back. Took from September 22 to October 20 to get my money back. I still haven't received the £5.15, promised if I paid to return the pillow. Later I bought the memory foam version direct from Putnams online, cheaper than them. I do not recomend Back Care Online. They have not been honest or fair with me.

The website was easy to navigate, and once my order was placed, I was regularly kept updated with delivery details etc. Delivery was quick too. Very reasonably priced compared to other companies selling the same item.

I am Debbie, I ordered this topper for my friend Ernie who is sleeping downstairs currently. He needed to be close by to his wife who is terminally ill downstairs.
He wanted to hold her hand whilst she slept, so I bought this topper as he was on his sofa. He’s so comfy, and so grateful to receive this. The website was easy to use, and delivery was quick and efficient. The product is super. Your work is done ✔️

Great product/price and delivery was on time and to plan.

This is the third time I have ordered from Back Care, amazing topper and the delivery was super fast ! Highly recommend

A sufferer of sciatica and piriformis syndrome, searching for decent mattress topper came across this site and read about the ripple mattress

Ordered it and used it ever since, pain and discomfort seems to have dissipated .

Excellent speedy service with right product for the job!

Fantastic service and great price. I have neck disk compression and this is the most comfortable pillow I have ever experienced. I did have a very shape one but this square shape gives a much better support to my neck and shoulders. Firm but flexible and cheaper than other retailers.

A very nice pillow and sent off immediately but held up in transit by the delivery company.

easy to use website, good prices and quick delivery. The Putnam heel life leg pillow works really well although my husband finds it a little firmer than he would like I just turned it over to alter the angle slightly and he was fine.

The website was easy to use and travel mattress as described. It was delivered in a timely manner. It fits well in the storage bag. It is quite heavy so you wouldn't want to carry it far.
I laid on it and it felt reasonably comfortable. Eight year old grandchild with broken collarbone slept one night and said it was comfortable.
I am considering buying another for Christmas.

Wonderful speed of service and delivery of the slothie mattress topper. We wanted it for our campervan for travels and it arrived in the time they said which I was so grateful as we were committed to travel. Thankyou. It’s compact, comfy and ideal for what we need

The mattress topper was easy to order even for me. I was looking for something inventive after all other mattresses have failed to give me a good night's sleep. I decided to try this topper after searching online, hoping it would be different and solve my problems. The design of the topper made me curious,so i purchased one to put on top of my memory foam mattress. It has turned out to be an excellent purchase. I suffer with osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, oestioprosies. I also suffer with acute COPD and have to sleep with head of bed raised. Since I have had the mattress topper ,I have had a good night's sleep. I would definitely recommend this topper, it's helped me .

Easy ordering. Arrived when promised. Lovely quality and just as we wanted

I ordered a memory foam wedge pillow. I am very happy with my purchase and it's used every night. Would highly recommend this product and the company. Thank you.

Perfect, all good
Many thanks

Speculatively purchased 2 x Slothie Mattress Toppers with covers and bags 12 months ago. We were enticed by the price and the styling. As we were new Campervan owners we needed something that did the job was durable and compact enough to stow away easily. These Slothie Toppers do all of that and more in spades. After 12 months of frequent use, monthly+, they have exceeded our initial hopes. We absolutely love them, they are as firm today as they were 12 months ago. The topper has just the right amount of support, cover is easily removed and the storage bags are robust and very good quality.
Highly recommended for all Campervan & Caravan owners looking for a high quality Mattress Topper.

Chair was too firm for me and as I sit on it for a prolong period of time working, it gets painful. I informed back care online they advised that I buy Memory Foam Coccyx Wedge. Stated its normally priced at £65.22 but offered to sell it to me for £32.61 and free delivery. I purchased the item which seems to work. However my honest opinion is that the chair is not a comfortable chair, I made the wrong choice. Back care online carried out their obligations.

Very impressed! Exactly as describe and now pride of place in my bed : )
