I order 3 belts from this company…

I order 3 belts from this company black, Gray and navy blue. they send me 3 navy blue belts; I have been sending them emails to support and they haven't responded to any of my emails. they give you 30 days to return the merchandise. i will never buy from them again. they suck.

Incorrect Item Arrived. NO RESOLUTION

I ordered a belt in February and then emailed in and requested the colour was changed, I received an email confirming this had been actioned and when the belt arrived it was the completely wrong colour. I have still not had any responses to my emails about this or a replacement/refund. I would avoid ordering from this company as they do not offer any customer service/resolve any issues you may have.

The shoes arrived wrong size and no response from any emails

Update, Back9lab came back to me eventually. I received a full refund for the inconvenience. Their sizing on their website is US and I ordered the size that google says convers to my EU size/uk size. But Back9labs converted them a size up . All good now .
I had ordered the shoes The shoes arrived . Look good and of reasonable quality .. but they are two sizes bigger than what I had ordered . I have emailed all of their listed addresses but have received no response after a few weeks - tried messaging them on their social platforms and also no reply .
They state a 30 day returns policy / but so far I’ve found this company to have a sales but no service ideology. Not a happy customer

A bad start but things got better

The shoes I received did not match the marketing pitch.

Sizing matters

One section of ad said get 1/2 larger another section said true to size. I got the 1/2 larger and they fit fine. It also takes awhile for them to be delivered, not the 5-7 days ad says. Maybe add that they ship from China and may take longer to receive.

Regarding delivery time: we’re a Netherlands-based golf brand, and some items are fulfilled from international warehouses, which can take longer than advertised in certain cases. We’re actively working on improving transparency and shipping speed.

I ordered two belts over 10 days ago…

I ordered two belts over 10 days ago and I have not had a reply via email or any shipping info updated. I have emailed the support team a few times and even left comments on Facebook and have not heard a thing. I expect my delivery to be fulfilled or I want a refund.

If I could give zero I would

If I could give zero I would . Ordered 3 items nearly 3 weeks ago, numerous emails with only a standard “ we have received your email will respond in 48hours”then nothing .Absolute shambles off a company.have checked junk folder as suggested nothing very strange that you can answer Tripadvisor within a short time but not an email I have done as you’ve asked and emailed you. I await your reply as I’m sure trustpilot does as well. Watch this space potential customers!!
