I’m giving three stars right now

I’m giving three stars right now, because I haven’t gotten the shoes yet and it’s all about the product. If the shoes come in and they’re a fit great and they work well on the golf course. I would easily give five stars. I will say that a larger size I saw was 12 1/2. I normally wear a 13 so hopefully Those are a big 12 1/2.

Bought my pair earlier in the year but…

Bought my pair earlier in the year but only wore them for the girst time yesterday on Ballybunion Old course,and I must say they fit like a glove and very comfortable,and my playing partners commented on how well they looked and what brand they were,so hopefully a successful result for you

Great products for us creaky golfers

Great products for us creaky golfers. Have a wrist and elbow support. Playing is now a far better than before and recovery is easier

Scam? - NO! Just odd shipping/communication experience.

Update!!! The belts did finally arrive. They are great. Quality is good and I am very happy with them, The order experience was terrible though. Misinformation on shipping status, challenges with understanding how/when to expect them, etc. But definitely not a scam. I ordered 2 belts. It has been weeks with no receipt of product, I’ve emailed their support and have received an apology and new tracking information. The link for tracking shows product has been delivered to another city and state which is not mine. It appears this is a scam possibly, I will now be contacting my credit card company to see if they can reverse the charges. I would suggest not trying to purchase from this company,

Good honest company to do business with.

I received two belts that were the wrong size. I contacted them to find out about return policy. They said just to keep the two belts that were sent wrong and they would send me two belts that were the correct size very fair.

Apex Motion golf shoes

I love my 1st pair of Back9 Apex Motion shoes. I have been an Ecco brand die hard for years. I will wear the Apex's in the future and no more Ecco's. I ordered a 2nd pair 2 days after receiving my 1st pair.

I have been emailing these people back…

I have been emailing these people back and forth (they respond once a day) about my order. Everytime they give me an order number it says can’t be found. And when they give me a “tracking number” it says information received and nothing else. They can’t seem to tell me an arrival date or even a ship date. No updates in emails or text messages. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.

Unreliable email addresses

The belts I ordered are the wrong size. I have sent 3 emails to the addresses listed. One to support, one to returns and one to admin. All three emails were returned as undeliverable. I have no further recourse because there is no way to contact. All I want is an exchange for the correct size. It was my fault for not ordering the correct size, but reliable way to contact the company would be appreciated.

I still receive a message that big9lab.com domain does not exist and emails are bounced back to me. My order # is 4042. Not sure how to fix this problem.

Ordered 2 belts no response from vender

Ordered 2 belts. Took a screen shot of order when i checked out. Never got an email confirmation of order, when I got to look up order the website says my confirmation number is "Not Found", but they most assuredly charged my credit card. Wrote two different emails to inquire about order. No response. Seems like this is standard operating procedure for this company. I will update review if i ever get the belts or a response by email.

Finally got a response. Items have been shipped. customer service was excellent once i got a response.
