Communication with this company is nonexistent!

I made an order with this company and a month or so after they sent me a thank you discount code with 50% off, I made a second order for which they took payment. The next day I recieved an email to say some of my items had been refunded of which I assumed was them just showing me the discount I had received. There was no explanation of them cancelling my order in full or why. After a week and wondering where my items were, I was asked if I had received a dispatch note, I sent them my order notification and was asked where I got the discount code, again I sent them the email they sent me but they just said my name was not on the list. No explanation why my order was cancelled and if they had sent me the code in error they should have then honoured the order in my opinion. I then emailed back to say that I had not been refunded the full amount and that they kept the shipping fee of £2.99. if they had sent an email out explaining the error then that would have been acceptable. These items were for gifts so very disappointing as I could have ordered elsewhere and got what I needed in time.

I have since emailed twice with no reply and no refund
