they have a lot of stuff listed that they actually do not have. Why listing it then anyways? The phone number is a prank it seems. nobody is EVER answering the phone! The voice recording they made just kicks you out of line at the end.
This gives a shady impression sorry for that, but that is how I feel about these things.

I've never received my package. And even though they made me sign a legal binding document they keep telling me that "because of the holidays season" it's taking for ever to check.
It has been more than a month and customer support is not helpful and even talking down on me... Not my fault if I didn't receive anything. I've started a legal process. Be careful when ordering

Ordered during busy times during the holidays, they shipped fast (Belgium) wich meant i got the present in time for christmas. Ordered several times before and always was really satisfied. Thanks Kutami team.

Super fast delivery. Ordered on a Thursday, was delivered next Wednesday (Germany to Denmark) and everything was in order. They have items that are sold out elsewhere wich is super cool. Going to order again when I'm hunting for out of print Warhammer models

I am ordering quite often by Kutami and I never had any problem, the prices are better than most of the other website and the delivery and service is perfect for me.
At least 30 orders the last two years and every time it was quick and never got any problem.

I was pleasantly suprised by everything KuTaMi offers: great miniature games, board games and accessories. I even came across a Warhammer 40K novel that I couldn't find anywhere else online. I ordered it right away + added a nice board game that they had on sale. The parcel was delivered from Germany to the Netherlands much faster than I had expected. Great service! All in all, I am a very satisfied customer.

I recently ordered "Nemesis - Carnomorphs engl." that costs 52,77 EUR (incl. delivery to Netherlands). The item was delivered, but instead of the English version, which is listed in the Invoice, I received the German version. I contacted the store and requested the refund. They asked me to pack it and ship it back. It cost me 13,55 EUR which is 25% of the total package price. They have returned me the money of 52,77 EUR, but not for the shipping. Which means, not by my fault, I lost time, I lost 13,55 and their support simply ignoring my questions. Sad experience, so please be aware. If the shipment amount is returned, then I might reconsider the score

I bought two times at kutami and while i really like the offering, prices and honestly everything, they really let me down bad.

In November i had placed an order that the delivery service misplaced because they delivered somewhere other then me. Kutami handled it really nice and gave me my money back pretty quick so i could buy somewhere else as i had an event. 10/10 here.

After that i made another purchase in December and this got lost too. Bad service DHL refuse to deliver to package point if i'm not home even though in the app i have "if not home, to package point". I live in appartments and there are dozens and dozens of neighbours and people aren't home or honest and it's impossible to know who received it without any proof or a housenumber or whatever.

That's the fault of DHL. However, i've now had two months of contact and they don't answer anymore and haven't come with a solution. This purchase is so ruined that even when it comes i will not be able to enjoy it, atleast for a while...

I asked them twice to call me because i'd like somewhat of a personal touch after the two times + the long wait and they refuse to call.

I've spent upwards of 600€ at this store. All of my orders have been complete, and never took longer than 4 days to arrive. The only thing I get at my local store is colors, but your money really goes a long way on this website. Can only recommend this website!

Ordered many warhammer minis from them and everything was in perfect order: fast delivery, great communication with the support, and good prices.

My last order took about 30 days because one of the articles was not in stock. When it was back in stock suddenly the other one wasnt in stock anymore. So instead of putting aside what I orderd they just sold it.

My recent order is now at 1 1/2 month waiting time. I received nothing so far, except for lame excuses.
