Their customer service is great. I accidently got some water in one of my pumps resulting in some malfunctioning, so I decided to contact customer service to see whether they were able to help me. Not only did they respond in no time, they were also willing to send me a new pump right away. They went above and beyond to help me out!

Wife loves it! Only bad thing is that it took a while to receive it due to a problem in logistics.
But the breastpump is great. We tried many other brands and the Baboa gave the best results.
