Watch out: breaks down quickly and customer service won’t send you spare parts. I’ve got mine for two years and it’s ready to be replaced. I wrote to customer service to explain that the bumper had broken down, they said I could buy it in the UAE and pay for shipping 🤣, also note that their diaper bag attachment keeps breaking down and “they don’t sell this part” so there is no way to fix it. It was nice while it lasted but don’t expect this to survive a second kid! Terrible quality and support.
Not what I expected at all
Not what I expected at all. Very hard base for a baby's back, I always padded it with blankets. We have only had the stroller for 8 months and the handle has already peeled and badly. When you fold the pram the hood completely comes apart and you have to put it back into place. Generally not a comfortable or attractive looking stroller.
Worst customer support
I only need a rear wheel for my push chair (which is also another subject but I hated it, the stroller is not comfortable and not safe, anyway), the support team is not understanding even something that simple and keep asking me the same questions over and over again. I have started to think there is nobody and I am only talking to AI.
Unsafe Stroller and Zero Support
I’m incredibly disappointed with both Leclerc Baby and Crioh, the store we purchased from. Just three weeks after buying a Leclerc stroller, the brakes stopped working, making it unsafe to use.
We’ve spent over a year trying to get a resolution—no refund, no replacement, and barely any communication. Crioh kept delaying and offered no substitute while they “checked” the stroller. Leclerc, despite their reputation for great service, ignored our messages or redirected us without action.
As a parent, I chose this stroller for its supposed safety and innovation. Instead, we were left without a functional product or support. I do not recommend Leclerc or Crioh and strongly advise other parents to look elsewhere.

Bought the influencer XL in September 2023. Just recently one part of the buckle broke. Prior to this their messaging system online was great and never had any problems. Messaged via WhatsApp and now it seems they just ignore you. My pram is still within its warranty and given it’s not a cheap pram, expect much better service than this!! Next time I’ll just buy from a bigger, more reputable brand. Really disappointed.

I have an influencer air and it's been…
I have an influencer air and it's been a great investment for my family! Our baby has been enjoying, it's balance of size and sturdiness has been great for the mixture of public transport and parks in London.
However, I can't give a full five star review as I've tried to get in touch with leclerc via the customer support email as well as their Instagram to ask about getting hold of a replacement travel bag (the one that came with the pram!), but I haven't heard a response on either platform and it's been over two weeks! Hoping a trust pilot review will prompt some action from them!

I have purchased a stroller bumper for my wonderfull stroller from Monnalisa on your web site 20th of march 2024 number of order ORD-LBEU-201102980 and i have payed i give you the invoice number: INV-LBEU-207102833 and till that moment i dont have any new of my shipping . Only e-mails with appologises from Catrin WERNER for the long shipping. Today its much better, i have an e-mail from this person with apologise and a bankruptcy of LSC EUROPE . So i have no bumper stroller and no money but your web site continue to sell all the products without any news and explications? I want you to know that you have to refund me if you dont have a bumper stroller in stock.
I'm very disappointed of your service and how you treat your clients i will contact CEO to clarify this situation. it's really not fair what are you doing with your clients.

Excellent after sale support and…
Excellent after sale support and service! Our pram gets plenty of daily folding and unfolding with 2 kids sharing and so we did end up needing a replacement part after good 3 years of use. This was sorted without much trouble and we are back on the road.

Amazing Customer Service
Two years ago I bought Influencer - unfortunately the lock of bumber bar was cracked.
I sent to LeClerck only one mail with question how we can solve this problem. I got reply that I will get totaly new bumber bar. Shipment was verry fast.
Customer Service is on very high level.
I would like to have such service in any other company :)

Feedback on the Design and professional Support Team
Our bumper bar easily detached after few months of buying, it is quite frustrated as the baby can easily remove the bar and it will fall on the floor, we have to grab it back and manage the safety of the baby at the same, we reflect this issue to support team. With their swift response, our bumper bar issue has been resolved quickly within 4 days.
We do hope the design and the safety of the baby stroller could be improved in the nearer future. As this is significant for all the parents.

Amazing customer service and products
2 years ago I bought a Leclerc Magicfold and I absolutely loved it, it's light and manoeuvrable and extra comfy. Unfortunately, after 2 years of everyday use, the backrest got stuck in the semi-reclined position, which really bothers my kids. I contacted Leclerc and they were amazing. Because the issue is not repairable, they offered to send me a brand new pram (I luckily had 2 weeks left of warranty) and even gave me an upgrade. Today I received the Influencer XL (like 1 week after I contacted them) and it's even better than the Magicfold. Wonderful customer service, also the person I was chatting with was very nice and understanding. I recommend+++.

Both baby and toddler could sit and sleep in well
My baby and my toddler is able to sit and sleep well, the wheels are so smooth, I’ve tried out other strollers but leclerc influencer still has the smoothest wheels on different terrains.
I’ve used for almost 3 years now. Recently, my bumper bar came off. I emailed customer service to check how to fix it and I didn’t expect that the team actually sent me a brand new bumper bar and I live in Asia! I’m really thankful. Will continue to be a happy user of leclerc influencer!

Honestly don’t recommend
Honestly don’t recommend at all. I got the influencer as like that it went flat instead of the baby zen but we have had nothing but problems with our stroller. The hood keeps falling off when we fold and unfold the metal piece even fell on my son once. The seat doesn’t go 90 degrees so my sons position is so off in it. I really regret purchasing it. The only benefit is that it lays flat and the customer service has WhatsApp but they aren’t that responsive (they were when asked questions before selling me the pram but afterwards didn’t get much responses).
I wasn’t able to buckle my son in it when he’s wearing a Pramsuit and there’s a footmuff or even with a sheepskin cover. It also looks off with the extra fabric on the top of the stroller coming out.

Good products, good service: reliability and immediate availability
I had a very positive experience with the Leclercbaby company following my claim
regarding a broken stroller under warranty.
The company intermediated the issue with the origin shop in my country and offered an immediate solution of replacing the Leclerc stroller with a new one together with an extra option of keeping the faulty stroller to be disposed of or used as spare parts. Also they have offered to send the new stroller directly to my address.
I recommend the company both for their products (stroller in my case) and for their services support - prompt response, appropriate solution and immediate availability.

Local distributor is no longer…
Local distributor is no longer available and so when I found myself with a broken handlebar I was unable to get a replacement in Singapore. The Europe team have sent one to a location in the UK where I will visit free of charge and were efficient and polite through the process. Obviously not ideal that they have no local asia distributor now though so hope no further issues with our influencer stroller.

Bad service I never tried
Bad service I never tried. I bought the stroller from the local retailer in Hong Kong. And after 7 months, there had two small black components fell off from the strollers. And they said no idea where the components fell off. Quality control is very bad, and the retailer had not well train. After communicate to the official through email, they concluded that the stroller is functioning as it should and therefore does not warrant a replacement. How can I put my baby on this broken stroller. And we had just used it 7 months with high price. Very disappointed.
