POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! NO DELIVERY NO REFUND
Hello, I’m reaching out about my order that was never delivered through DHL. DHL failed to deliver the package to the proper location and failed to obtain my signature when I requested it. DHL USA declared the package lost and told me to follow up with the sender to be refunded or item reshipped. The one time I was speaking to someone about a refund, and even sent back in a non receipt of goods form that I was asked to fill out, I was then ignored. DHL has declared the package lost on April 17th, it’s now the 28th I’m still being ignored and no refund or shoes! REFUND ME MY MONEY NOW order 29164

Please note that the package was declared lost by DHL Italy, not on April 17th as mentioned, but officially on April 29th. Unfortunately, shipping issues like this can sometimes occur and are outside of our control, but we completely understand how frustrating this must be.
As soon as the loss was confirmed by DHL, we immediately processed a full refund for your order. You should see the refunded amount reflected in your account shortly, if not already.
