Misleading items
I was led to believe my purchased items were large items than I received and the actual size were deeply embedded in the description basically not obvious so I had to return the items at my expense which were more of a cost to me on international rate. I declined to exchange because I was going to have to return the items anyway.

Shipping with DHL does not work!
Unfortunately you work together with DHL, which delivered my package to I don't know whom and I never received it. Why do you not send it through regular mail? I paid 25,- additional for shipping and have not received it. This is a scam!
Update: I received the package today and the shoes look great. Unfortunately this does not change my opinion about DHL, which 'delivered' the package three days ago according to the email I received. Just not to me and also not to the person I was told about on the phone. Because I went to this shop on my lunch break and asked. DHL is unfortunately not trustworthy and as long as you work with them I cannot rate my experience any better. I do love the shoes though!

Don’t buy from this store. There are no returns.
My sneakers were too big for me. I requested a return but the company doesn’t provide you with label. So you have to cover the cost of shipping back to Italy by yourself. For me the cost was 250 USD which was almost the price of the sneakers. I requested the label from B - Exit , but they refused to provide it.
