The employees are incompetent and do not know their own regulations.
Before using the sports bonus, I asked about the rules that were not included in the regulations. After making a turnover and trying to withdraw, they accused me of breaking the rules WHICH I ASKED ABOUT in the chat (I have proof of the conversation in the form of a screenshot from the chat), I followed the information from the chat and then they considered it a breach of the rules. It is unbelievable that this company has a Maltese state license.
They stole over 1,900 euros from me.

I opened an account with B-Bets in June…

I opened an account with B-Bets in June 2023. 30.6. I made my first deposit. €100. For this I received an entry bonus of €100. During the next week I deposited 2 X 50€. No bonus applied to this amount. I placed bets and sometimes lost, sometimes won. But the money from all evaluated bets was shown in the sports bonus.
Unfortunately, I didn't get the entry bonus. I did not meet the criteria for the amount pushed through per month. But even then, all financial transactions were evaluated in "sport bonus".
Even after I pushed through more than the required €1600.
The balance in the "sport bonus" was €942 as of 8/28/2023.
I made an attempt to select. The system replied that the real balance is 0. So I can't select anything.
I wrote to the company's website and also by email requesting that all possible available balance be transferred from sport bonus to real balance. I didn't get an answer.
When I wanted to 29.8. to log into your account, the information that the account is frozen appeared on the screen.
I wrote an email again, again no reply. In my opinion, this is theft.

Updated 31.8. Here is their message:

We reserve the right to close an Account or Accounts at any time and to cancel all the transactions, bets, waive winnings and deduct bonuses from all relevant Accounts, as this is considered as a serious violation of our terms and conditions.

It has been fully investigated and it has been decided that your account is to remain closed permanently.

Any winnings have been waived due to this violation.

Please note that we have strict rules and regulations that are set by the gaming authority and we have no option but to work in accordance with them.

When they are about to cash out the winnings, they will mark you as a fraud. Watch out for B-Bets!!!

Avoid b-Bets, fraud site

I have played here few months, deposited few times and didn't have problems until I made my first withdrawal. I got email that confirmed they have accepted my withdrawal but I never got the money. Now I can't log in anymore as they froze my account and simply stole my money.

withdrawals delayed for more than 80 days

Since January 2023 I have requested 3 withdrawals and I have not been paid. 80 days ago I requested a withdrawal of 5000 euros, it was approved and the money was not sent. In February the same thing happened for 4000 euros and in March the same thing for 1000 euros.
Currently the casino frozen my withdrawals and does not allow me to make a new one, I have a balance of 187,000 euros honestly earned.
For me this site is very dangerous.

Payout took too long.

Please, read this if you're about to deposit to B-Bets.

I deposited 14th of July.
It was a raw deposit. No bonuses were used.

I was lucky enough to win first around 200€, and after that 1500€. The total amount I tried to withdraw was 1780€. Withdraw took place the same date mentioned above, 14th of July.

I sent B-Bets the documents they requested (ID, copy of my Skrill account etc.)

Now, after a MONTH from the withdraw, I have not seen one cent of the money that belongs to me.

I have contacted them via chat, but chat can't help you, because they don't know anything. They'll keep telling you to "be patient." How long could it possibly take to do this simple task, that other casinos manage to do in hours. I'm done being patient.

I've also contacted them using e-mail, but the answer is still the same. They keep telling you to be patient, and they can't help you and they don't know how long it takes. I believe same people answer to chat and e-mail queries. Totally useless, they don't know anything so forth they can't give you any answers nor they can't help you.

I feel scammed and they haven't given me a reason why they do this. I have not violated any rules or T&C so it's unbelievable why this all is happening. And like I said, it's all without a reason.

All in all, it's just customer service at it's worst, and I'm genuinely afraid that I am never going to see my money.

If you read this, please, deposit to other casinos, like the ones that have better rating @ Askgamblers.com.

Still absolutely nothing. Tomorrow we will hit the 5week mark. 5 weeks gone and nothing so far. I am getting scammed so hard it hurts and makes me laugh at the same time.

After 5 weeks and 6 days I FINALLY received my funds. It took too long and I am not happy about it.
Nevertheless, my accusations of this being a scam casino is not true.
B-Bets is legit.
However I never really got an explanation to why the withdrawal took so long. I only learned that whatever it was, it wasn't "up to B-Bets."
For that I give a big minus to B-Bets.

Anyhow, this case is closed.

Bad casino

Bad casino ! I asked withdrawal , first the asked me the papers, I send it and still it was not ok .
Than after a long time the say it’s ok but than the declined my amount ..
Always the same, therms and conditions etc…
It’s an amount from 1154 and the take it back .
Because there was a bonus from 9 euro that I have to play around..
But they just declined and the 1154 is gone.
The gave me just my 20 euro deposit and the 9 euro back..
Normally they have to let me play around the bonus but still they say therms and conditions.
Scam for me.

Thanks To Trustpilot I got my payout

Where is my Payout
On June 23 I joined up with b-Bets, they offered a 7$ signup bonus. I managed to roll over the required amount and following the terms I came out with the 70$ win limit. I then followed the rules made a deposit, submitted my documents, and had my account verified. This was confirmed on June 29 by the Legal Dept. I was told that the payment was issued on July 2 and that I should receive it in a day or 2. July 7 still no payment received when I asked again I was told please be patient it should be received in 1-2 days. July 11 I was told please be patient I should have it in 1-2 days. July 15 I was asked to show my bank statement from July 2 onward to prove I have not received the 70$. I have complied with this request and have now been told that it would be sent to the relevant Dept for review. It has now been three weeks of asking for my winnings I have been more than PATIENT.
Please Help me get what is owed to me and I will gladly change my rating!!!

Dont make deposits in that casino its SCAM.
