I think the B-Bets company has gone bust, or there going into liquidation! They have already lost there Sports Betting licience, and now there is no email contact with any of there support departments!.

Made profit on this site once i withrawed my money they send an email that there is more accounts registered on my credentials which is not, now i lost my money. Would not recommend using bbets. 0stars.

Complete fraud. Makes up the rules as they go along. Refuses to set bet to void even the if the player was still on the bench when the first goal was scored (Bet in this case: first goalscorer of the match). The player was substituted in on the pitch in the 75th minute on the score 1-1.
Seems like it's about 50/50 chance that they get the bets right... Avoid.

I made 4 deposits, total 400€. Was accepting bonus which I did not notice. After my bets were Limited to bet only 1€ I thought to withdraw my money which was about 1040€. It was canceleld. After some talk in chat I got an e-Mail that i had not followed bonus rules, my bets were toi high (from 10€ to 60€) that was the reason they will wipe my account to zero and I will get nothing back. They used their own admin flaws as an excuse to fraud me of my winning.

I register to play at B-bets two months ago. I closely read the terms before I selected the sports welcome bonus for 100 euros. I lost it all but then deposit 100 euro more for a 25% reload to 25 euro.

Now, I was fortunate to win some games, and I ended up with over 500 euros when the bonus was finished. I then attempted to withdraw, only to get a message that they confiscated all due to a breach of terms, stating that I could only play with 15% of bonus amount. Retrospecively, that would mean I would only be able place 3 euro bets, which is unintutive to say the least.

But they were wrong. Those were not the terms listed.

Naturally, as a Norwegian, the site automatically comes in Norwegian translation. However, all the bonus terms is in English, so I saw no reason to not think that they were applicable across the site.

They clearly state:
"Placing single bets equal to or in excess of 30% or more of the value of the user’s starting balance (deposit plus bonus) until the wagering requirements for that bonus have been met is not permitted. Bets can be voided after the event has been settled."

Therefore, I was careful to not exceed 30% of deposit+bonus. I was successful. As can reasonably be expected of any person, I never once suspected that the English terms in the English translation would be anything other than the English terms in the other translations. Why would they?

Now they admit that they haven't updated the newest sportsbook terms across all translation, even though they are all in English!

The incredible narrowness of the proposed new sportsbook terms aside, the lack to update them is clearly a grave and amateurish mistake from the company's admins, but they still have the nerves to use it as an excuse confiscate funds from honest customers playing in good faith and working hard to stay within the rules. That is quite scandalous behavior.
