If I could give zero * I would. I ordered some eye gel. Payment was taken immediately. It took 3 days to approve. Almost two weeks later I am still waiting to receive my order. I’ve left a voicemail message. I’ve used the Chatbot which say it’s available 9am-5pm. At 4.30pm they are offline and will be back online in a few hours. Am I supposed to wait around for them to come back online? They have failed on every performance indicator on their website. DO NOT USE.

Very Poor and Disappointing.
Website images shows 3 separate pumice stones. Very disappointed only to find one in the box.
The image is very misleading and goes against long distant trading standards.
Need to receive the other 2 pumice stones as shown in the image.
Will not be looking shop on Esty again or with this supplier.
If this is my experience on 1st use wouldn't take a chase on ordering anything else.
