My browser had auto-filled an old email address that I no longer use while logging in. I thought I might have lost my tickets, but after submitting a support request and explaining the issue, the tickets showed up in the app within an hour. Big thanks to Lennon for the quick help!

Brought the ABBA voyage tickets, and was informed I had to download the AXS app to get the tickets.. Done that but that’s when the problems I came across occurred… I recorded an email informing me my tickets had been released and put into my accounts box in the app within a couple of hours. I checked this the following morning and this hasn’t happened.. but a long story short, I didn’t get my tickets delivered to the app, they put in a different email address to the one I’d given and I became worried, I couldn’t get any help through the online app so went to Google, searched the company name then managed to get human assistance by email, Lennon was excellent and sent through my tickets on email which if it wasn’t for him I believe my tickets would be lost in the system as the app was useless in trying to find out info

I had a website support ticket logged for 5 days with a login issue I was having. I updated the ticket myself every day with positive and negative progress I had made. Literally no reply from AXS at all. The chatbot was useless and simply referred me back to the FAQ all the time. No email address to contact, no phone number. In the end I finally managed to resolve it myself after about dozens of login attempts from different PCs and phones on different networks during 4 password reset attempts. Thanks for nothing AXS. If this problem had hit me a couple of days before my concert, I would have been unable to go. Luckily in my case it was a month time.

We were unable to attend Abba for family reason but the £32 insurance I paid apparently didn’t cover us so (make sure you read the small print). As you’re not allowed to transfer dates or even give them to someone else I decided to resell. You are only allowed to resell via their app paying commission but as the resale tickets button is hidden half-way down the page there’s little chance anyone will spot it an option and buy them. Flexible tickets or at least the opportunity to give them away or resell yourself would transform this experience.

I would like to sincerely thank the AXS customer service team for their efficiency and support throughout this issue.
After purchasing my concert tickets through Viagogo, I was asked to create an account on AXS using a proxy email address. Unfortunately, after verifying the account, I completely lost access and was unable to log in or view my tickets, even after several attempts and troubleshooting steps.
A special thank you to Aniko, who took the time to carefully assist me throughout the process. Thanks to her help and persistence, the tickets were successfully transferred to my personal email address and I was finally able to access them through the AXS and The O2 Arena apps.
I truly appreciate the professionalism, patience, and efficiency of the support team. Thank you again!

Ticket order processed twice, not easy to find contact details and no contact number got chatting on a live chat, after no response got told its not monitored anymore ...then found a way of submitting an issue request and got an email response which then was acted upon and the issue resolved v quickly with an answer yet to receive a refund so not totally resolved . The booking system is dreadful it shuts down it jumps pages and without confirming the order the page timed out it and then processed the order twice as I went through order process all over again not realising it allready taken payment.... Lennon responded to my email v quickly and said I would get a refund ...so all ok.
