Website is a joke. tried to get tickets today and wouldn't let me through, claimed suspicious activity even though I only tried through laptop and did not use any VPNs. Missed out on artist pre sale.

I couldn't spot the email with etickets and I had to get in touch with customer service. To no avail, the phones were hopeless as no one to speak to. In saying that, its a round about route to get to send an email. Eventually, I found it - someone who is not so technical minded! Once I got to email, Kerry contacted me and supported me. Please do thank her for calming my anxieties as with all the security checks of addresses and emails. It felt on top of me last few days! Thanks Kerry. Suggestion to please make a phone available for customer service. Kind regards Kirk

Due to my partner deteriorating health we had to request the cancelation to an event in Edimburgh.
Custoemr service was very understanding, collected the relevant informaiton and sovled the issue with the venue within two working days.
It was very nice to be treated so kindly in a very tiring time.

AXS UK didn’t make it easy to find information on refunds as none of the options were relevant to me wanting a refund! However, once I found AXS UK I sent a request for refund and Aniko replied immediately to inform me that the refund was approved and would be on my account within 5 days. Perfect 👌
