I spoke to a lovely lady called Poppy, she was very helpful as I wanted to book tickets for the Les Mis show at the Utilita Arena in Birmingham but wanted to know the best seats available with not many stairs involved. She advised, and answered all my questions and we booked seats with her.

Once I Got connection to UK support and one person the problem was solved. But the chatbot in the AXS home was not very valuable and kept sending me round in the same loop.
We I submitted the request it was sent to US and not UK. It was not able for me to direct to UK in creation of the request.
I am very glad that Farren in UK support finally helped me
