Absolutely dreadful for the second year running trying unsuccessfully to get my ticket for RHS Chelsea Flower Show. Wasted time downloading deleting and redownloading app. Trying to change password, etc. I have written to RHS asking why they use this useless provider. I want simple reliable access to the ticket I paid £104 for months ago. Not be held hostage by this 3rd party. Member of RHS

Communication over the past few days with Prab has been exceptional. Trying to buy 2 tickets on AXS was a nightmare. The Android app froze during checkout, demanding I rotate my screen—which did nothing, even with my settings on. I restarted, but the glitch remained.I switched to a mobile browser, a different browser, and even my PC, but their garbage system flagged me as a "bot" on every device, even after clearing cookies. To top it off, their customer service is a useless chatbot, and human support is unavailable in the UK until 6 PM. AXS is broken trash that locks out real buyers and offers zero help. Avoid at all costs.
