Why artists use axs is beyond me.
Why artists use axs is beyond me.
I joined the waiting room nice and handy, waited my turn and got through.
Went to check the age for the arena floor. This came as a pop up. I couldn't shift it without hitting back. End up at the front of the queue. Can't move to buy tickets.
Have to turn off my phone clear cookies go back.
Get back in to buy, select tickets. Add to basket.
Have to sign into axs. Need a new password. Try to go back to ticket page to finish payment as the password reset page doesn't take you there. Suddenly I'm identified as a bot.
No tickets and back to the back of the queue I go.
You could say my bad luck, but I'm not alone, so I say it's their poor process and webdesign.
Absolutely horrible experience
Absolutely horrible experience. Poor platform, long waits, and customer service people who are rude and simply do not care.
Very sad in this day and age
The app for UK is diabolical
The app for UK is diabolical. 3 times of changing password on phone, then trying online (desktop) finally get in but then clicking on tickets in profile have to sign in AGAIN- no joy met with "oops" error
8 email exchanges with CS to discover the below has to take place:
Disable wifi, > disable VPN > Accept location request and then accept notifications.
Then and only THEN can you get access to the app and your tickets!
it is a CHOICE to allow apps to know your location, i don't want everyone knowing where i am!
what a faff! avoid events with this Eticket provider, what a load of faff and rubbish. there are far better Eticket providers out there! sort it out AXS
How can you suck so bad at your job
How can you suck so bad at your job? You have one job which is selling tickets and make it impossible. I am totally a bot. Glad you flagged me. Maybe I can take the 10 steps to see if I might be able to convince you otherwise. Or just don’t buy the ticket which is what I am going to do…. You job was to allow you to give you money for a product you didn’t make nor provide and get a huge cut relative to value delivered and you can allow that to happen. How are you still in business? It defies logic
Scam website imo
Wish I could give 0 stars. Trying to get tickets this morning. Granted it's a popular group and there had already been presales. But the process for general sale was abysmal. Nothing makes sense. The queue is a waiting room so you have no idea if you even stand a chance. The ticket prices were all over the place (a £200 seat next to a £70 seat? Ok then??). And anything I tried to select gave me an error message. Closed everything and risked trying again only to be told I'm a bot and I no longer have access. Note to self: stick with ticketmaster, they're the lesser evil.
I would leave a minus star if I could.
I would leave a minus star if I could.
I am unable to access the tickets I paid months in advance for on the app as AXS are saying I am a bot.
I HAVE NO WAY OFF ACCESSING MY TICKETS.
No help given, online chat does not work, phone number advertised does not work. I have emailed, whatsapped and sent a messages via instagram.
This is shocking customer service.
I have wasted hours trying to get this sorted.
I am now forced to go to the O2 box office prior to the event tomorrow and queue to explain I cannot access my tickets.....that i paid £150 for?
THIS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE.
Very unhelpful
Very unhelpful. Impossible to contact a person. The help function seems deliberately designed to prevent complex issues being raised
Horrible Horrible Horrible!!
Horrible Horrible Horrible!!! I will NEVER purchase a concert ticket through them, I would order from anyone except them. App doesn't work, despite spending an hour on the phone waiting to talk go a live person. I called the night before after I noticed a glitch ipn the ap. What a waste they told me to reinstall the app, still it didn't work. I loss the $$ I paid for parking, and luckily after standing in a long line, the tickets were able to be printed.
Absolutely the worst site and app
Absolutely the worst site and app. Unable to even open the app on my phone and unable to complete most functions on the website. Still waiting for them to get back to me and my request for help. Avoid using at all costs
AXS is hiding my resale tickets
I'm sharing my experience with AXS to help others make informed decisions. On 2/20/2026 I purchased for the 8/28 Dave Matthews Band in Englewood, CO for my family and me, However now my family wants to see the DMB at the Gorge. I listed my tickets for sale and noticed they did not appear on the seating map. In fact, no tickets appear available except for the grass area. The Price Range is also set for $69 to $70 which hides all tickets in the regular seated sections. I spoke to AXS who said the event organizer determines when to make resale tickets available. Also, this was in their disclosure. As a result I may be out thousands of dollars. I've learned that AXS.com does not meet my concert expectations and I will use a different ticketing company going forward.
would give 0 stars if i could
would give 0 stars if i could. maybe negative. bad ai, greedy prices, contacting customer support is near impossible and redirects you to articles, finally logged into their app on a friends phone and it is erroring out..
after paying 25% more than the tickets actually cost, you must opt in to give them your personal data - app on phone, first/last name/ phone number/ location in order to access the tickets you already bought.

Soooo horrible their page never lets you do a simple thing like login in!!! I can’t even access the webpage and the app doesn’t show all your orders. PURE GARBAGE
Couldn’t get my tickets and missed the show
I purchased tickets for tonight and was unable to access them. After several rounds with the virtual assistant and a conversation with Ashley h I still don’t have my tickets and we will now miss the show. He app has now blocked me so I can’t even speak to an agent. The worst service ever one star is actually too many
I think i was hacked within minutes of purchase.
I had to download the app to get the tickets I purchased. I had to verify myself via a video and drivers license. Then I couldn't log in the app said I wasn't real cause something was typed to fast or used on multiple devices. Well I think I was hacked within minutes of my purchase. I got an email saying my phone number was updated. I immediately changed my pw. My name was also changed to a bunch of letters. It's outside of business hours so no live help. Had to submit a request. These tickets better be legit.
Utterly shit
Utterly shit. Spent over 50 minutes on a page that said "just a sec, getting your tickets" and of course you aren't supposed to do anything in case it thinks you're a bot. So after 50 minutes I refreshed the page as it was looking like a fault had occurred, only to be told sorry no tickets available. So legit fan got shoved off into a waiting abyss while the actual bots probably are getting the actual tickets. By the time you've wasted your time on that, any chance of getting a ticket on the other nights have gone. Only giving 1 star for this monumental heap of shit as you cant give 0 stars. Waste of time followed by huge disappointment.

Bought 2x $800 tickets through their website. Haven’t received any sort of confirmation that they have shipped. Reached out to customer service, but they can’t tell me WHEN nor WHERE these tickets might (or might not) be shipped.
Looks like scam, but should be legit
Appearance of the site is complete scam. No price showing without sharing personal information, no sharing what are fees.

Was charged 235.00US for tickets that are $40.00 here in our town in Cranbrook. Never received the tickets for the Ballet, my friend and I were to attend. Tried to stop Payment on my Visa, Visa says I need to go through the dispute board, and they say I need to talk to the company the tickets were purchased through. Well that's a joke.. talk to who!! No tickets, no ballet no refund.. it is maddening
App won't accept payment
Put the tickets and guide book in my basket clicked 'Checkout' cannot complete payment. Tried FAQ. Have updated the AXS app, am registered, reset my password, confirmed I'm a real person. Still can't pay! Really have better things to be doing with my time.
AXS deserves zero stars for its use of…
AXS deserves zero stars for its use of geo location and restrictive practice. It was easy enough to buy my tickets but sell them? Oh no, of course not. I can't add my bank account because I am accessing from abroad. Never again. Also a big shout-out to venues who use this company. Unexplained error messages, no local support, nothing.
