Great product and customer service
The ear product I have always been searching for. As someone with chronic ear infections, I've had to focus on keeping them clean since youth. The Spade does the trick! I recently had an issue with the Spade not working after 6 months use, and the customer support team troubleshot the issue and sent a replacement! Highly recommend this product and company!

I saw axel glade on a youtube commercial, dont normally try random ads or buy things from ads. I always have problems with my ears and they were itchy and I used water type equipment to try and get it out but never really seemed to get the job done. Now when i have an itch i just grab my spade and clean away. This was truly a good product it works really well and me and my fiance love it.

Great customer service
My spade mini unfortunately stopped charging after only about a month of use. I was heartbroken... I contacted customer service and now within 2 days of contacting them my new spade mini is on the way. I don't even have to worry about sending the defective product back! Really easy process and great company who stands behind what they sell.

Very flexible with a returning customer
I was given a replacement 6 months after my warranty expired. I understand limits and was about to purchase a new one but no need and the batch was probably bad so it was time for a replacement which they happily provided.

This product is garbage
This product is garbage. Completely misleading - no way this is safer than a q tip and no way it works better. It is a camera that you scrape the inside of your ear with.

Ellen helped make my order easier. I ordered the item Monday, and bought it again today to get the BlackFriday sale price. I was then going to return the original item when it was shipped to me. Ellen went ahead and refunded me the price difference and cancelled my new order to make the process as simple as possible. She communicated well and was very kind.

I had an issue with my order and it was taken care of but what impressed me the most was the quick responses and follow-up emails. The issue was resolved pretty quickly. I was expecting it to take a few days or a week due to the nature of emailing, but it was done within an hour or two.

Excellent customer service! I had a problem with my device after nearly a year of use. I emailed the help desk and had an active conversation via email within a few hours. After a few back and forth q&a messages we resolved the issue in a way that I didn't expect, but am very grateful for! The Axel Glade ear cleaning device works very well, and when there's a problem the customer support is great. I would gladly recommend the product and the company!
Take control of your ear health
I have a boyfriend who’s had ear issues for many years. He would never allow me to clean his ears as he’s afraid of the pain. Since we’ve purchased the Spade he is able to check his ears regularly. He’s taken a newly found interest in his hearing health and it’s wonderful. No more of me complaining to him to clean his ears!
The customer service has been second to none as well. Literally the best I’ve come across for any business. They truly care about their customers and I truly appreciate it! What a wonderful product made by wonderful people!
