Axel Glade products are already fantastic, but what sets them apart in my mind is customer service. I had a problem with one of the Spades I bought, not the fault of the company and they still took care of the problem. They were also prompt is responding to me when I reached out. Very fast response

My original head on the earpick broke and consequently none of the additional picks end parts would seat into the fitting even with the washer off.. I wrote into support and Ellen Cellan took my case. She was amazing, stuck with me, kept trying for solutions. She was always super professional and even with my myriad of emails she just kept working me.. She even requested pictures so she could better assess.
End result is I am back using my Earpick and loving it. She did a wonderful job.
First units wouldn't charge
First units wouldn't charge. Sent me a second unit, same problem. They were very responsive, which I appreciated. But to get two units with the same problem tells me there's a QC problem. I liked it while it worked, but unfortunately it just became a $100 Q tip. I had to return both units. Now i'm hoping they will issue a refund.
Customer service was great
Customer service was great. I reached out to them about my spade breaking and they sent a new one out to me really fast. The product works so good I was really upset when it broke, but I’m happy I reached out and sent pics.
Blinding strobe light
I had an issue with my spade thinking it might has gotten damaged but I was told the exact solution I needed in order to resolve the issue which was a blinding strobe of light whenever I used it, support reach back to be very quick and are very informative and attentive

The first Slade Mini that I ordered was faulty. The customer service reps were fabulous - they got a replacement out to me within a week - and I didn’t even have to pack up and return the faulty unit! The reps were so kind throughout the whole process. What a great company! Thanks!

The service i received was amazing
The service i received was amazing. I simply emailed in to ask a question on how to get the base to charge the axel unit. They send me a video to watch and make sure I was using all the original cords and such and it did work for a few moments. However, the card or base had to be positioned just right to charge it. I advised of this information to the Customer Service Team and they were very quick to help in any way possible to make a customer happy. I very much appreciate their willingness, kindness and quick responses back to my concern. If and when it comes time to replace my older unit, I will be coming back to them to get another one! Thank you!

I purchased the Spade and Spade
Mini bundle a month in advance for a birthday gift. Upon opening the gift, the Spade was defective and would not hold a charge. Ellen from the Customer Success team responded to my email the very next day. After some simple instructions and questions, a new Spade was mailed to me 2 days later. The process could not have been any smoother. I laughed to myself when I saw “Customer Success Team”, but now I see that it is appropriate. Ellen, thank you for your prompt responses, professionalism, and hassle free resolution. You are the definition of efficient. The product is also really fun to use.
Faulty axel glade …
I received an axel glade that wouldn’t charge. I emailed the email address mentioned in the app, and they were extremely prompt in responding to me. They tried to help me troubleshoot the problem, which unfortunately didn’t end up working. They then got a new axel glade shipped out to replace the faulty one. A great experience from beginning to end and I appreciate them taking the time to try and help me through the situation. You really don’t see that nowadays with online customer support. I was honestly blown away at their friendliness.

Buyer beware
Buyer beware. I really should have thought about the consequences of sticking a tiny probe into my ear. On my second use (I do admit being a little aggressive with trying to get a bit further in my ear), the ear pick detached from the chassis and became lodged into my ear canal. Needless to say, I had to pay for a doctor's visit for them to remove it from inside my ear. It was quite a painful experience. I believe I will stick with q-tips. I will say, however, that I notified customer service and they immediately issued me a refund.
