I paid AWD Digital for 12 months website SEO where they guaranteed to rank my 10 keywords onto the 1st page of Google.
After the 12 months has been completed none of my keywords are ranking on the 1st page, the best they could get is the 3rd page, even though they promised me at the start they could rank my website on the 1st page of Google.
Waste of time and money using these scammers.
AWD Digital are absolutely not professional.
They have completely stuffed up our website and email accounts -just one problem after another.
They do not respond to calls (call center passing on info , so no direct line).
I called regarding no access to emails on 2nd of April 2020 and to date still no response and also sent multiple emails on their website awddigital.com.au
The website hosting I use with them also manages the email accounts and they had an issue with their server that had stopped all emails working for 48 hours and when they fixed the server issue all of the emails were deleted, they could not get them back and we had important information.
