Ordered 2 phones, iPhone 15 & 16 pro max’s. Exemplary service. Phones were perfect, well packaged. Delivered boxed with cables and chargers, next day delivery. Excellent after sales service. A company I will definitely use again and wouldn’t hesitate in recommending to anyone looking for tech.

Had all my data transferred from android to apple iPhone great service and price would recommend.

Exceptional - sent phone at 4:45pm, money in my account 2pm next day. Gave more money than they offered online. Communication was brilliant and a thank you to Harrison for going out his way to keep in touch. Highly recommended, will be the only company I use from now on, buying or selling.

Great people and great company

I was a bit cynical about purchasing Samsung Buds3 Pro given the low price and "brand new" status, seemed almost too good to be true.

However, received the product as described, when expected, and think nothing more than I got a great deal from an honest company! Pays to shop around away from the bigger retailers.

What a credit to Haverhill this company is. Messaged them Sunday night, received a response on Monday morning. Took my phone to them Monday, it was fixed straight away, my phone had only a minor problem but it was a major problem for me. Two lovely people in the office. I’m sorry I didn’t take the girl’s name but she was a lovely friendly girl who was able to sort out my phone. No fuss! Don’t go anywhere else, these guys are the real deal. Thank you both! I’m so grateful.

I've just bought two iPhones and traded one in with Calatech. I have to say Harrison could not have been more helpful. It was a pleasure to do business with somebody who has excellent customer service as well as technical knowledge about what he sells. Not only that, his prices for both selling and trading in were better than other larger companies.
We opted for skins on the new phones and they look great!
I will hopefully do more business in the future - very highly recommended!!

The phone arrived as in a pristine condition as stated. It is a good as new inside and out.

Have bought numerous items from Harrison at calatech and never been disappointed!
Professional at all times and always going above and beyond to help out.

I even had a phone that was well out of warranty that my daughter had damaged and Harrison got it fixed in no time at all and didn’t charge me either! Can’t recommend him and Calatech enough.

Very responsive, friendly and answered all my questions. Everything was packaged up like brand new and in pristine condition as advertised, at a very fair price!

Ordered a second hand iPhone XR from Calatech and the service was second to none. I was very pleased with the customer service I received from them and the handset itself was as good as new.
