I was tasked with looking for equipment that would allow a Group that I belong to, too be able to Hybrid Committee Meetings on Zoom in a professional manner. Full purchase of equipment was not viable and my personal knowledge of what would be required was limited. AV Xpert were contacted and assisted us in putting together a package (for hire) that was just right. They gave us time and advice and have enabled us to see what we need and lease that from them. The equipment was top quality and suited correctly for our needs. Company willing to take time for small users.

Clear communications and help over the telephone and online too. On the day of the delivery timings were pre communicated and all equipment was to a high standard and packaged beautifully.

Super helpful and friendly as well as great audio gear that did the job perfectly. I'm terrible with tech but they talked me through everything and made it really easy, and were even on call at any time if something went wrong (in this case me not turning up the volume control).

Excellent, efficient service. We hired a microphone and speaker set up for the speeches at our daughter’s wedding. The company came and set up at our house the day before, showed us how everything worked and how to dismantle the system and relocate it to the marquee for other speeches. They took everything away promptly. The whole experience could not be faulted. I will definitely use them again.
