Bad makeup, some decent perfumes

I have ordered makeup on two occasions and it is mediocre quality at best. The foundation and concealer are very hard and I cannot apply them to my skin. The dupe of Marc Jacobs’ Daisy perfume is okay. The only purchase I’m completely satisfied with is the perfume called Avon Incandessence which is a very decent warm peach fragrance for only £8.

If I could rate this 0 stars, I would but unfortunately I can't.

I ordered items and paid for next day delivery. The following day, the tracking system said that delivery was attempted but nobody was at home. That was an absolute LIE, because I was at home all day and no one attempted any delivery. Two days later I call up Avon to find out what is happening with my items, the lady I spoke with said she will get in touch with Evri and told me delivery will be out in 24 hours. Next day again no sign of delivery, so I called Avon again, this time the lady I spoke with put me on hold for 10 mins then hung up the phone. Disgusting customer service. I have had to cancel my whole order. Will never buy from Avon again. Rubbish company and rubbish customer service.

Frozen unusable products

I ordered 3 bottles of skin so soft body oil that I have used for years. It arrived frozen. I contacted Avon who suggested how to thaw it. It partly defrosted then froze again. It is completely unusable. As this has never happened before I assume the ingredients are inferior or a bad batch. At a cost of nearly £20 with postage I think it's a poor show.

Missing parcel

Ordered on 4 December, parcel has been with with Hermes for last 7 days - told I had to wait 10 days from when they received it. Forget getting anything in time for Christmas - this was for a birthday on 10 December. The what's app chat bot option helpfully told me to check parcel force tracking.

Customer service disgusting!

Customer service is absolutely disgusting, parcel got delivered to the wrong address and I was told I would not get a refund, I have been a customer of Avon for many years but will never buy from them again not after the abusive customer service I had!

Scam

Avon customer service won't refund my full amount of £44.50 for damage goods.Instead they refunded £6 and claim that they sent back full amount.After numerous phone calls and emails with proof of bank statement, certificate from delivery company about damage product beyond repairs, they still laying and insisted their system shown full amount been refunded!! Bass on the whole experience I believe is legit SCAM

This company is pathetic

This company is pathetic. I ordered on line, my order was sent to a different address, I have emailed them over 14 times to correct it, they have sent another item out and guess what, it is being sent to the wrong address again, after they assured me it had been altered. They need to get there act together. I WON'T BE BUYING FROM THEM AGAIN

The web site is misleading 10% off…

The web site is misleading 10% off first customers order that didn't happen even though I put promotion code in. Free delivery that didn't happen either, customer service weren't at all interested just kept sending Avon promotions back to me. I definitely would never order from this company again. Asked for my order to be cancelled obviously they wouldn't agree to it. Nasty experience from Avon.

Item went missing but they resolved it.

My item didn't turn up, but I got a photo of someone else's garden showing that it was delivered. Contacted customer services, explained that it wasn't my house, they just replied by saying to look at the image below(which didn't exist).

Have replied, they are now ignoring me. Will be issuing a chargeback through my card, I would recommend avoiding Avon at all costs. Literally the worst customer services I've come across in years, it's non-existent.

EDIT: Since then they got back to me and sent the original item, so all is resolved.

Shocking customer service!

Shocking customer service!
If it wasn't bad enough that the Birthday present for my manger was returned with no explanation, the Customer Service representative was rude and completely disinterested! I had to ask for free 'Next Day Shipping' to compensate, to be told I could pay for it, and they would refund me, which would all be confirmed in an email that I'm still waiting for! Never would I order online from Avon again, the whole experience was just too painful. Disgraceful!

THIS COMPANY HAS PUT ME INTO DEBT FROM FREE SAMPLES THAT THEY SENT TO ME, WHEN I TOLD THEM I NO LONGER WANTED ANYTHING FROM THEM THEY HAD BAILIFFS COME TO MY HOUSE FOR £60!!!!!! FOR FREE SAMPLES?????? ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING COMPANY, THEY ALSO TEST ON ANIMALS!!!! IF YOU BUY FROM THIS COMPANY YOU ARE THE LOWEST OF THE LOW AND YOU DONT DESERVE TO LIVE LIKE THEY THINK THE ANIMALS THAT THEY TEST ON DONT. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DISGUSTING COMPANY!!!!!!!!

Avon took just under £50 in 2 seperate…

Avon took just under £50 in 2 seperate orders from me. Both these orders were rejected their end. I was a longstanding customer. Their customer service team offered an apology for takin the money twice then refusin the order. They cleared my account, refused to resend the order or hold the items at the sale price untily money bounced back to my account, which i wad told would take up to 5 days. Meanwhile i have no funds left available in my account and they wont hold nor honour the discounts i was promised on this order. Most they offered was an insincere apology. Will never use again and advise all not to use if they want an honourable service provider. Avon is far from honourable!!!

Im an avon rep and never had any issues…

Im an avon rep and never had any issues with skin care products, my customers have never complained of any issues so dont believe all the bad reviews! My customers love avon and order every month. I have used my commission to buy shower gels, shower creams, skin care, perfume (eve truth and it does last all day) plus other perfumes and make up.

I see discarded Avon books scattered all over the place. Please stop wasting resources on producing a new book every month. Every 6 months if you have too is amble update on line its FREE. Save the planet/money/time.
