Excellent communication and quick response

Ordered a replacement door handle for my XJ8 arrived two days later, safely packed and exactly as described. They even included the plastic clip that I broke when removing the handle from my car.
Highly recommended and very reasonable price-wise.

First class service, part ordered yesterday and arrived at 10:45 this morning, brilliant ! And great price too

First class service, extremely helpful and knowledgeable, I bought a couple of MAF sensors from these guys a few weeks ago, came all sealed in a bag, no damage to the box they were shipped in, came next day although payment is slightly higher but worth it for next day delivery

Excellent customer service as I bought a rear lamp , which had a crack but that was my mistake as I had not looked at the pictures. Without hesitation they replaced it with one which was near perfect. Many Thanks

Used Auto reserve a few times for parts for my Jaguar, and been impressed every time, both with quality of part, speed of which it is despatched and cost of part. This last time they went over and above, ordered a part which arrived next day. Shortly after I got an email to apologise for them having sent wrong part, and to assure me correct part had been despatched and would be with me the following day, which it was. Part fitted today and fully functioning. Thank you again for excellent service.

What a lovely guy Andrew is at this garage. Had an absolute ordeal with the delivery but this was eventually found (thanks to help from friends, family and neighbours). My main point is that he sounds a really genuine and lovely man who again sounded as if he really cares about customers. Family run company and I wish them well. This today is very rare and and I recommend this company because of how he was with us today over the parcel debacle. Customers should buy with confidence in this company.

I just tried to book a restaurant in Quioto , Japan with the Autoreserve App and after put the credit card information i was informed that after confirmation they will charged 50€. Can this be possible on legit site?

Took delivery of my xj fuel flap today not fitted it yet but no marks or scratches and is exactly the same colour 10/10 from me will use them again thanks very much.

Bought centre wheel discs for my S - Type. Product was poor fit and marked upon arrival. No initial response to my emails x 4 or my returning the product. I have bought a reasonable number of fairly low priced, used parts from Autoreserve for my XK8. I have always been more than happy with the condition of the parts and their delivery times are exemplary. These were the reasons that I decided to use them for a replacement part that they were pricing at over £200. WHen the part arrived I found a problem with it, which to be fair was not entirely of their making. I sent an email explaining my problem. Wow! What a response! They could not have done more to correct the situation. They arranged collection from my address the next day and returned it within two business days - at their cost! I could not be more pleased. This is old fashioned service as it used to be. I can unequivacally recommend them for their incredible attitude to their customers.
